My thoughts on the bosses:

- Asylum Demon: ez
- Taurus Demon: also ez
- Bell Gargoyles: depends on whether or not you summon that knight dude and whether you want to cut of their tail. They can be really hard if you want the tails and don't summon
- Moonlight Butterfly: just pick up a shield with high enough magic reduction and you're good. It's fairly easy to kill even without that though.
- Stray Demon: fucking impossible without bleed weapons, incredibly easy with bleed weapons
- Capra Demon: take care of the dogs and don't get hit by his downwards smash, otherwise pretty easy.
- Vagina tooth dra.. err, I mean gaping dragon: easy.
- Chaos Witch Queelag: not really a hard fight either, although I did die a couple of times.
- Ceaseless Discharge: stupid gimmick-boss. Three gimmicks available to kill him with no risk at all.

Aaaand that's as far as I've gotten.

Biggest PITA = I'm probably alone in this, but I had HUGE problems with the Belfry Gargoyles. I ended up grinding soul levels.

Wake-Up Call Boss = The Taurus Demon took me off guard and scared the everliving crap out of me, so I count it.

Most Disappointing = Seath the Scaleless. Stay behind him, watch for that telegraphed attack he does with his tail.

Favorite = Great Grey Wolf Sif. I loved that boss fight, he was so fuzzy and cool and I felt so bad when he was limping...(yes, I'm a bleeding heart, why do you ask?)

Least Favorite = Quelaag. I was trying to play a pyro when I first got to her. I ended up poking her with my puny little Winged Spear+5 until she died. It was more a test of my patience than anything else.

I hated the Capra Demon with the first character I played, since he killed me so quickly, it wasn't even funny. He charges you so fucking fast, and the dogs would always block my escape. I think that heavy armor actually hindered me, because as soon as you get up those stairs, the hard part is over, strangely enough.

Ornstein and Smough whooped me hard too, until I realized you can summon Solaire.

Hell, even Taurus Demon whooped me a few times, but I felt really triumphant when I won. Now he's just a walk in the park, so I guess that shows how much better I've become. And improving your skills is what Dark Souls is all about, so YAY!

The Gaping Dragon is just annoying, since the fight takes ages.

Easiest were Queelag and the Iron Golem, imo.

Queelag was easy as hell. I killed her in like a minute with two handed Black Knight Sword +5.
Ceaseless Discharge was a bit of a prick.
When I saw the area for the Gaping Dragon I got a little scared but he was easy. I spent most of that fight just trying to get to his tail.
Ornstien and Smough were bloody hard. Just because when Ornstien charges up he becomes a real prick and the goddamn phantom I summoned was worthless. He either got killed right away or sometimes did not even follow me into the fight.
Bed of Chaos is currently giving me trouble but thats just because of the falling floors and the long run back to it.
Getting TO Pinwheel was difficult as hell as I did it quite early since I wanted the Rite of Kindling but when I got to him he went down faster than a $2 hooker.
Stray Demon was hard but once you get decent fire protection hes easy. He just cheats and usually kills you while you are still recovering from that drop.

The most trouble I have is not even with bosses. Its with either Titanite Demons but I have found a easy way to kill them. Iron Skin and Havel armour means they cant do jack to me. Or the Black Knights. Every Black Knight I come across is just a pain in the ass.

Oh and I still have not killed the Hellkite Drake. For me he is the real challenge. Ill get him one day...
I will also admit I have not taken out a undead dragon the fair way. I always stand back and arrow them to redeath.

I loved pretty much all the bosses in Dark Souls. The only one I had real trouble with was Four Kings. I have raged so many times with them, especially in NG+.

Ornstein and Smough were hard, but nowhere near as hard as everybody made them out to be. The first time I beat them I didn't even realise you could summon Solaire, so I soloed it.

Stray Demon is another one I don't get why people say is so hard. Just lure him into doing his butt-slam attack and he is easy pickings.

Most disappointing were definitely lord Gwyn and Nito. Both looked really badass and just sucked.

By the time I got to Stray Demon my character's magic attacks were so powerful that I could finish him off with 3 to 4 shots of my Soul Spear. Avoiding his one-hit teabagging took some trail and error.

I never got past the Bed of Chaos though, I was all Dark Soul'd out at that point.

Worse than any boss though, are the titanite demons. I absolutely hate those things. I can handle lava-puking spiderswitches, minotaurs, goat demons, all forms of the asylum demon, Ornstein and Smough, dragons, gargoyles, giants, giant butterflies, and hollow humanoids, but I always die to the freakin' titanite demons.
They're not too bad unless you fight them in that movement restricting sludge, which is the case at the bottom of Sen's Fortress. And I didn't yet have that anti-swamp ring at that point.

I have a hard time with them too, slime or no slime. They get really tough eventually. :/

Those and the bone wheel guys are the most annoying enemies in New Game+.
