I'm just going to put this out there, and it might be controversial, but here it goes:
I think Arrow (which I think is a good TV show) is doing a much better job of creating a universe than the Warner Brother films are doing. The fact that the Flash is getting tied in with Arrow is already a step ahead.

I certainly wouldn't want to see this with Goyer at the helm. He made a mess of Blade 2, he made a mess of The Dark Knight Rises, and he made a mess of Man of Steel.

Blade 2 did OK with critics and great with the box office, same with MoS and The Dark Knight.

Same thing that can be said for any of the superhero movies from Marvel.

What scale are you using to measure the quality of these movies? If Man of Steel is trash, then no movie produced by Marvel could be anything other than OK.
