I only just finished Extraction HD and have been playing DS2 for about 2 hours. Just bought the javelin, it is awesome!

Except resident evil 5 wasn't particularly good. I've loved every iteration of the dead space from it's conception. I have the movie, all the games and even the graphic novels ^.^AllLagNoFrag said:Really good. Considering that this time to story felt like a full one, and the whole 15 chapters were of good length. It was alot less repetative than the first game and overall, an awesome example of how a good sequel is.
Multiplayer is fast paced with matches of 2 rounds lasting no more than 4-5 minutes each and unlocks as you level up was an interesting addition to the game. However, with all that badass equipment, dead space 2 has sorta turned Isaac Clarke the simple engineer fighting for his life with things he had into Isaac Stark, the Iron Man of 'The Sprawl'. Not complaining after all, see what the resident evil series did with Resident evil 4 and 5.
I had a blast playing this game and damn, I LOVE THOSE SUITS!!!
I just watched Deadspace: Aftermath, the ending, seeing the name Isaac Clarke next to Stross's "new home" made me want to play DeadSpace 2 againDaedalus1942 said:Except resident evil 5 wasn't particularly good. What a coincidence! That's the same score Gamespot gave it. Wait a minute......Diablo27 said:Overall (not doing any math, just my overall score) would probably be a good 8.5/10.

I played it on normal and it took 9 hours to finish. It got really frustrating when about halfway through the difficulty jumped up by at quarter and it felt like I was playing the next difficulty up also thanks to an ammo and health shortage. I'm glad that Issac feels more relatable, not to mention that Elie is a pretty good character too. The new weapons like the Seeker rifle and the Javelin gun are awesome and the Pulse rifle is way more useful with a grenade launcher.
Worth every dollar.
Yes, totally. I didn't mean to give it the same score as Gamespot if that's what you're getting at. Also, I switched to casual because I had like one clip left already loaded into my guns and I was stuck at a part in the Ishimura fighting like 10 Ranked-Up Necromorph's so I thought screw it.MercurySteam said:What a coincidence! Yeah I think it's more like closer to a difficulty jump of a third. I swear ammo and health drops become less frequent too.PixelKing said:Difficulty jumps like mad.
Me and my friend were playing parallel games. Every time one got ahead of the other we'd tell them what to expect ahead. He was more skilled but I was better at finding ammo/health/money. In the end I had no ammo for two of my guns and just ran through the clusterfucks before the final part. Thankfully, I had plenty of ammo for the Seeker which has crazy damage output even when you don't dismember.Diablo27 said:I switched to casual because I had like one clip left already loaded into my guns and I was stuck at a part in the Ishimura fighting like 10 Ranked-Up Necromorph's so I thought screw it.
I'm replaying on casual to horde items and then going to zealotMercurySteam said:Me and my friend were playing parallel games. I'm doing my second playthrough on normal so I can horde achievements and collect the Elite suits. My friend is going directly to Zealot. More power to him.
What does that actually mean? I see it at the end of each of your posts...Daedalus1942 said:-Tabs<3-
