I usually go on there for the Tech, Video Games, and Wallpaper forums. I leave the Random forum well enough alone.

I still don't even know what it is. I see people randomly complaining here from time to time, those are the only times I've ever heard it mentioned.

Observing it, the site's just one wicked, bizarre, sickening, fascinating social ( & psychological) experiment were normal human beings display the monsters that are usually chained up inside them. It's humanity's worst at it's best.

Indifferent.

Been there a few times and I wasn't horrified at all. Even saved a few pictures. =D

Oh, and about the moderation: Anything goes on /b/, with the obvious exception of CP. This applies to the moderators as well, so they can perma-IP-ban you for just standing there.

Or so I've heard. :p

Eh I've been there a couple times. Mostly I'm just trying to find funny pictures on everyone's favorite board. Thinking about trying to find some other tolerable ones. But man. I hate the community on /b/ SO much.

Good observation.

I got to /a/, /v/, and /jp/ all the time. Sometimes /tv/, /co/, /an/, and /c/. I'll visit other boards depend on the specific occasion, but mostly it's just that.

I like how a lot of people just think that the whole site is /b/, and don't actually even know that much about /b/ (though most at least know it is shit).

Yea, for a while /r9k/ was pretty good.
Tell me about the days of legend Master, the history lost in the mists of time.
You know how /r9k/ turned into one huge 'relationshit baww' thread? Well, it wasn't like that at first. It was like a breath of fresh air for the people who weren't homophobic 12 year olds. There were threads that talked about all that was good and bad with life, stories of /r9k/ers everywhere. Sadly, the nirvana died away.

I think I have. Dont understand it though or how to navigate it. But thats probably for the same reason my head hurts when I hear rap.

Lol, I suppose I frequent it enough that you could probably consider me a /b/tard. I'm really in it for anonymous, and the laugh you lose threads.

Yup, and within the first five minutes I saw a mangled hand, a chopped up face, a tortured cat in a bathtub, hermaphrodite porn, and a thread about a girl and a dog.

And, nope, I don't think I'll ever be back...

I sometimes visit the Paranormal board /x/ but I'm never going to /b/ again. I was exposed to most of the internet's bad side a couple of years ago, and in comparison, it isn't really that bad, but still. It was scarring. The music board is pretty good though - you can get some decent recommendations out of it. On the whole, 4chan isn't too bad, but it's only as good as its most popular board, which sadly is /b/.

I try to avoid it like the plague. I've heard many bad things about it, and do not wish to experience those things first hand.

Although, I'm generally told just just avoid /b/ and you're golden.
