What we know about war?
A) War is hell.
B) War is not honorable - everything goes.
I envision the character looking as an aging general, only with such "minor" details as claw-like nails and bullets instead of teeth. With whatever weapon he has - a sword or axe, a machine gun or rocket launcher - he indiscriminately slaughters everything he sees while laughing maniacally. Also he can spit out jets of fire. "Super-mode" sets him ablaze and allows him to conjure up small nuclear explosions killing dozens of targets at once with only a hand gesture (good metaphor, don't you think?).

Famine, cursed to remain in the visage of a bloated glutton, yet all he eats, or touches, or is around, dries and turns to dust.
Plague/Pestilence/Sickness: A man whose blood is the very essence of disease, his breath can poison the air, his touch can wither the earth, and his odour has been described as very unpleasant.
Death: Cursed to follow the cycle of life and death over the course of a day, appearing as a young boy in the morning, and aging to dust over the course of the day.
Likes classical music.
