Diablo III Patch Restricts Access for New Players

I am having trouble grasping the fact that Blizzard will keep adding patches like this simply because of features that noone asked for. I really wanted to pay for Diablo III but now I am not gonna cause I keep seeing B create trouble for consumers out of thin air. After that and one extreeeeemely good article by Jim on destructoid, I am gonna hold on for Torchlight II. The guys need my money more. Plus, there you can turn this

I am really happy I decided to cancel my pre-order for the Diablo III Collector's Edition. I refuse to support a company that locks out players who bought their game legitimately.
