Yes, thank you, I slept well.
It's very seldom that I have a bad nights sleep and only if I am nervous of something or in the start of summer when the temperature gets a lot warmer in a small amount of time I may have trouble sleeping properly.

Fairly straightforward question really. Most of it is in the subject;

Did you, or did you not, sleep well last night?

We can elaborate a little bit, if the Escapists are up for it though:

Do you always get a good nights sleep, or are you an insomniac?
If you didn't sleep well then what was the cause?
[sub]Bedbugs bite you? Thoughts whirring? Too hot? Too cold? You name it![/sub]

Oh and I nearly forgot, just to start it out, I slept like a stone last night though only for 4 hours before I had to get up again. The dangers of browsing the Escapist has kept me up, many a night!
It's 4:30am and my alarm goes off at 5:30, so I will vote no.

Well it was a sunday night so I went to bed somewhat early by general standards (But about an hohur later than I usually go...I love my sleep) and I had some kind of wierd dream that I can barely remember. I think that guy from "Despicable me" was trying to take over the Minecraft landscape so Leonardo Dicaprio, having continually washed up on shore, had to stop him. Red hands were a common theme throughout.

But overall it was a full sleep as per usual.

I can at times have some difficulty falling asleep, but once that's done I sleep like the dead. I've slept through thunderstorms and the second story of a two-story house crushing the ground floor less than a hundred yards away. So, yeah...

Nope. Was texting a friend, said goodnight, got a reply, read that, turned over and suddenly it was 4:45am and my alarm was going off.

I hate feeling like I haven't slept. I mean, I had a good few hours but I never felt them.

It was okay, I slept on a couch in a sleeping bag for about nine hours. It was a lot of sleep, but I'd gotten only about four the night before. I basically past out from exhaustion and later woke up sweating from the sleeping bag (it's under 10 degrees, but takes a while to kick in). So I unzipped it and made a sort of sleeping bag tent against the couch and sleep on.

Normally I sleep well, getting 7-9 hours sleep. I can sleep like a rock.

For all those minor-insomniacs out there I'd advise cutting caffeine out about 10 hours before you need to sleep. For example I will not have caffeine after 1pm. One of my professors told me about a sleep study he conducted and how it suggest caffeine can affect the hormone Melatonin (involved in the ciccadian rhythms) up to that many hours after consumption. I don't know how much of what I've said is correct (it was a few years ago) but it seems to work for me. I once gave up on caffeine completely for 3 monthes, I could sleep at the drop of a hat. It didn't work though, I love coffee

I was up late on the escapist! Which, fortunately, made me rather tired and I slept rather soundly. It was all well and good!

No I didn't sleep well. I spent most of my night playing Starcraft 2 and fooling around with the Fruity Loops music program. Although it is school holidays here at the moment so I really don't care if I sleep well or not. I can do as I damn well please.

Hell yes. Last night and yesterday was some of the best sleep I've had in 10 years.

Fucking hormones have been screwing with me for years, and last week was probably the worst, but now I feel great.

Why, yes I have, thank you for asking! As a matter of fact, I have issues of staying properly awake today, and I am up for... *counts on fingers* 6 and something hours now.

Was insomniac for good 10 years, mostly because I always had A LOT on my mind. And my body was taking it pretty well so I never complained about not sleeping.
Only lately I started having some decent sleep, but it's not everyday. I still mostly spend my time awake. And today is obviously a good day for sleeping for me!

I have slept perfectly last night. I do not have nay college today, so I can sleep in.
I woke up around 9:30, but stayed in bed till 11:00. I love doing that, just being in bed, under the warm blankets, doing nothing be thinking or watching tv.

The previous night to last night I only had 4 hours sleep and then worked a 10 hour shift at work, and yet still didn't sleep last night until 1am (and up to that point, feeling extremely strange)

But I ended up having a pretty decent night sleep and dreamed about being in some sort of theme park, which ended up looking like Halo reach, with me being in a tank (with same viewpoint of tank in halo) and killing people, then using my jetpack to fly over to some friends to have some candy floss.

Then all I can remember after that is me being in some sort of shop which sold Magic the gathering cards, Halo action figures, and I decided to buy some LOTR CCG cards because they were 50pence a pack.

Yup.
