I passed out pretty quickly. I didn't sleep the night before, and I was completely shattered, so I dropped off and slept like a baby all night.

Asperger's Syndrome is the cause for my irregular melatonin levels, which in turn causes me to take melatonin pills half the time, which yet in turn usually means I sleep like a baby.

Conclusion: Yet another Hurray! for Aspergers :D

I slept pretty well thanks. My sleep schedule is still adjusting to school, and I'm waking up at 7 regardless of the day, bleh.

I did not sleep at all. My mind just will not shut off today! I almost had it a few hours ago but while drifting off I had a sudden idea for how to code a security token/key so I downloaded Visual C# Express and have spent the last 3 hours at it.

I went to sleep at about 12AM or so, and I slept good, and woke up at 7AM.
The nights before, I hadn't slept that great, so I was dead tired yesterday by about 9PM.

No, i did not. I suffer from sleep paralysis and i experience lucid dreams frequently. So much so that it's alarming and i sometimes try to 'put off' going to sleep because i know what comes next. The horrible thing is to enter a lucid dream that's turning into a nightmare, awaken, not be able to move or say a word and think you can 'see' something from the dream in the real world, be terrified and eventually close your eyes and have to face whatever horrible thing it was anyway, then wake up completely exhausted and sweating and feeling like you hadn't had a single bit of sleep.

I didn't :(.

Mainly because I've got the flu and have had it for 4 days now, and also because I took 2 naps during the day before going to sleep.

So not too tired + annoying symptoms = bad sleep :(

i got diagnosed with crohns about a year ago which broke all my life plans and since i have been unable to get any jobs owing to the colossal list of things i can no longer do, ever since high dose steroids i have been unable to sleep very much at all, just spend my nights panicking and worrying about my seemingly pointless future, wow sounds like i should get into emo dont it.

my response would be approaching insomniac if not fully there

No. I felt tired and tried going to bed at around 10:30/ 11 last night but, ended up only sleeping for about a half an hour. I was then laying awake until about 1:30 when I said 'screw it' and stayed up until about 4. I awoke about a half hour ago (8:30am)

My excuse? I am expecting Fedex and it feels like Christmas to me x3

I slept fine, just not for long enough. I went to sleep between half 1 and 2, and woke up before my alarm (which was set for 8).

Why yes, actually. Thank you for asking :D
Nothing great, but nothing bad either. Woke up naturally around 7am, having some coffee now

I slept well for about six hours. MMOs and a cat kinda cut in on sleep time if your not paying attention to time.

I always sleep well, got 9 hours last night. Woke up feeling good until I started moving, I played a soccer match yesterday, scored 5 goals, and took a few knocks that I'm feeling today.
