Those God of War challenge stages.

It was the first time I hurled my controller at the wall.

Those motherfucking Centaurs kept knocking me off the goddamn platform!!!!

To tell you the truth, the Meat Circus didn't piss me off very much. Sure, (IMO) those flaming spiked clubs were hard as hell to dodge and making sure little Oly didn't die was a pain in the ass... wait a minute, I was pissed off by the Meat Circus!

Also, if anybody I happen to like dies in Fire Emblem.

DANTE MUST DIE!

I tried playing the Touhou games. Within two hours I felt like smashing my head against the wall. Anyone who doesn't know what game I'm talking about, check it on youtube. I couldn't go past stage 3 on hard difficulty.(I won't lower myself to play normal.Never!)
Let alone Easy, right?

Only a couple of games have ever made me truly angry, but it's certainly happened.

I've never broken anything though, or even had the urge to, because I know it would just make me angrier later that I broke something valuable/I like.

Haha, that picture makes me laugh.

Ah, Touhou, what fun. It's actually never made me even the slightest bit angry, because I pretty much go in expecting to die, I just want to see if I can get farther and farther and eventually beat it. I've beaten Easy, gotten really damn close on normal, and to about stage 5 on hard. Really though, play on a lower difficulty to practice and become capable of beating the harder ones. What you're doing is the same as having never played a Ninja Gaiden game, and then refusing to play on any difficulty other than hard (even though it's not unlocked xP ).

Seriously though, I'm keeping that picture o.o It's mine now >.>

Rarely. Because the games I play aren't overly difficult and/or frustrating (COD4 notwithstanding). I can also get irritated playing online if I'm losing, of course.

A few times I got so frustrated that I squeezed my controller really hard and I was afraid I would break it. If some challenge makes me feel this way then I take a break and come back to it later. But, generally I don't get really mad.

I don't get pissed when I play games that much. I think calming thoughts so that I don't look crazy when I play.

I remember in Half Life 2 ep 2, the final battle with the striders. You don't want to hear the words I was yelling then. But I laughed really hard on how ridiculous I must have looked.

Usually it isn't a game that makes me angry, if its multiplayer, its the player that does it.

Retards who do their own thing in a team game really get to me and I always lose it... Which sucks because there are heaps of those kind of players out there.

Jak 2 most of the time made me pissed at all the gay missions. Halo 3 on Legendary, since I'm not a normal Halo 3 player, I don't get the hang of the controls and when I do, I have to go home. Devil May Cry sometimes, especially the spidercopion Phantom which took me a bajillion tries to beat.

I was playing scarface the world is yours, and it got to the point where i couldn't do shit without getting killed by the cops or gangs because the heat lvl was too high, so one day i was running away from the cops, and it was good looked like i was going to get away, so close then...

A car ran into me

Cops caught up to me

Busted

Controller hits floor and shatters.

Online shooters get me angry when I die a lot. In fact any game that is too challenging annoys me. Braid annoyed the hell out of me. I was all like "how the hell am I supposed to work THAT out?". Online RTS are the worst. No-one can compete with the freaks who play those things. EVE also made me want to slash my wrists repeatedly.

The easier the game is the more I like it. I play games to have fun, not die over and over. I really like Peggle because it requires no skill at all. More games should be like that.

Not quite. I'd let out a swear every now and then, but I'm never really angry. Seems fairly common here, doesn't it?

Sometimes, but the ones that do it the worst to me are the ones that are presented almost childishly. Take Hammerfest (http://www.hfest.net). This simple, almost childishly cartoonish platformer can drive me to fits, especially in the latest levels when I'm sweating bullets because I'm down to my last life and have only 2 levels left and... and so on, it drives me nuts I tell you.

Oddly, the games intended to do so, IE I Wanna Be The Guy, never do that because it's so intentional that the dying becomes almost too routine and boring. I will admit I got a little annoyed at the last level before the final boss (you know, with the rising platform and the "evil" switch) but after I got that level down I could almost do it with my eyes closed, and after that of course it was just the final boss. Well, I say "just" but yeah.

Another game that frustrated me pretty bad a couple times was Patapon. Those levels can be long and grueling and the time spent can really cut you when you die with that end post almost in sight.

It seems to me that the more I like the game the more likely I am to get angry if it stops me in my tracks with difficulty.
