do you eat three square meals a day?

A roommate of mine laughed at me for eating cookie dough ice cream in the morning. My only response was, "I'm a grown ass woman and I can eat ice cream out of the carton, wearing pjs, and watching cartoons if I wanna!"
Heh, I'm effectively wearing pjs right now, and I'm watching animé...
And, just a few days ago, I watched through all of NGE with my best friend, from night to morning, while eating Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream >.>
Great minds think alike, perhaps?
And get our feeding on! *stares lustfully into a bowl of ice cream*

I only eat when I'm hungry.
Sometimes I'll go for days without eating hardly anything.
Once in a while I'll chow down.
Really just don't have much of an appetite.
I never plan meals and I can not cook.

Three meals every day?
I couldn't do it.
Not like your 'suppose to.'
For kids it's important.
I'm not a kid.

Oh [deity]... I could get more ice cream, as I am continuing to watch this animé...
So much for 'three square meals'. Ice cream can't steer me wrong...

I don't eat breakfast. Too tired to eat in the morning. I eat lunch, and a small lean pocket for dinner. Not a very good way to eat through out your day. Do you eat three square meals?
I eat dinner, the rest is overtaken by university.

I do chew gum most of the day though.

I've never had 3 square meals in a day, I only eat breakfast when I wake up before 8am and that just never happens. Lunch, I'll eat that if I can be bothered cooking. So.. Dinner is about the only meal I eat day-to-day. usually I'll snack all day and have a huge dinner.

Breakfast and dinner usually. I tend to completely forget about lunch as I'm usually not hungry around that time. Various other foods in between.

3 meals is the norm.

Snacks are fought against between each.
Actually, according to my fitness instructor it's more healthy to keep eating between meals. Not uber unhealthy snacks of course, but as long as you keep your engine running so to speak.

Oh heavens, the joys of living alone. I had a similar moment yesterday. I went downstairs for breakfast, but I was especially thirsty. So I grabbed some orange juice and thought "What the heck" and spiked it with a...generous helping of liquor. And I barely if ever drink alcohol!

The joys of having no-one around you to criticise you or stare down your neck. Brilliant!

I usually start with 2 mugs of coffee, then eat one low-carb anti-angiogenic meal some hours later and I usually don't get hungry until the next day. My eating habits can be summed up with; stay away from carbs/glucose and eat when hungry, until full.

Gone from 92kg to 71kg so must be doing something right :)

Usually I don't eat breakfast, I prefer to sleep until the latest possible time. I quicky down a cup of tea and run out the door. Without the Tea, I would not function.

Atm I am forcing down a bowl of cereal before I leave as my internship starts a 7.30am and lunch isnt til 12.30.

I eat a lot for lunch and dinner though

I eat whenever I feel like it.

Generally not very healthily either. And most of my meals aren't exactly "square"...

So, uh, it's pretty much round-the-clock vegetables and fruits while I'm awake, and an occasional real meal with meat and what not when I'm not too lazy to cook.

Loosing weight isn't the hardest part, it's keeping that weight off. Carbs and glucose aren't that bad by the way, they're the basic fuel for your body. It's eating too much of them that ruins it all.

Nope; generally just breakfast and lunch. Dinner is pretty pointless, though it is the tasiest so sometimes I'll cave to it.

I always have breakfast, else I pass out while I'm on the train to school. On schooldays, I usually have my lunch at recess, and do stuff at lunchtime, and I try to have dinner if I haven't lost my appetite to exhaustion. On the weekends, I usually sleep through breakfast, have lunch whenever I wake up, and then snack when I'm hungry until it's time for dinner. So I guess I mostly just have two meals a day and eat whenever I need to otherwise.

I usually eat three. The first time I eat is at 11am normally, then 1pm or 2pm, then dinner time at 6pm. I'd eat breakfast earlier if I could, but my body wants to throw up anything I put in my mouth before 11am.

Bah! look at all this female bonding over ice cream. Try being a girl who hates ice cream. It's really hard to make friends.
