I eat 1, possibly 2 meals a day. Chances are i'm probably undernourished and seriously unhealthy, but it has not seriously manifested in any way. Oh, and its impossible for me to gain weight even if I stay in my room for 95% of the day.

No, but I should.

I usually eat breakfast and dinner in the evening, but being undernourished as I am, I should eat more.

I usually start with 2 mugs of coffee, then eat one low-carb anti-angiogenic meal some hours later and I usually don't get hungry until the next day. My eating habits can be summed up with; stay away from carbs/glucose and eat when hungry, until full.

Gone from 92kg to 71kg so must be doing something right :)
Loosing weight isn't the hardest part, it's keeping that weight off. Carbs and glucose aren't that bad by the way, they're the basic fuel for your body. It's eating too much of them that ruins it all.
It's something that needs to be lost slowly. If it's lost really fast, your body adapts by being extremely conservative. That's why you see people who go on and off diets, because they lose it all, and gain it just as quick.

Building a little muscle is a good way of losing weight and prolonging the effects.

I often have something like Cup-Soup at about 11. Then in place of lunch I just snack every now and then. Sometimes I'll combine breakfast and lunch in simply ordering a pizza. My evening meal is the only one that follows the norm.

I'm simply stating facts, perhaps you could point out where I said you did have cholesterol problems. Besides, just because punching myself in the head doesn;t hurt me after the first 3 times doesn't mean I should continue. Your logic is fallible, your hair is not shaped like a bird.

Another part of the joke? What was the first part of the joke? Eating unhealthy is funny?

You just went on to say the exact thing I predicted. You're using an in joke on a public forum. Why?
Logic means nothing to me, I am a creation of science!
*Ahem*
I can't say that your reaction was entirely unpredicted either. Almost as if it were meant to be...
So why bug me about cholesterol in the first place? My lifestyle hasn't killed me yet. If it can work for centuries, I'm not sure why it is such a deadly thing.

Such entertainment... and I was once compared to someone who shared the visage of a certain person... heh heh heh...

Yes, I´m actually about to have lunch. I mean, sure, it's only been half an hour since breakfast, but who cares. That's what happens when your day/night cycle gets all messy.

I only eat triangle meals *ba-dum-TISH!*

In all seriousness, no. I only did that when I was working in summer camp (god I wanted to strangle those little...). It had nice results though, my six pack is now visible :D

Thanks proper diet! *insincere happiness smile*

I simply brought it up because its important people in general know about it. Sometimes people read posts which they aren't quoted in, guess its how people get quoted in the first place. However, the reason I specifically quoted you was because I had no way of knowing you were lying/joking.
Okay, well, I happened to know already. I stuck to learning when most others at school decided not to.
And I suppose I should say sorry. I normally make it painfully obvious if I make a joke, so as not to cause confusion, by placing [/joke] at the end of it.
I suppose I'll go back to doing that. It may kill the joke a bit, but at least it won't confuse people.

I usually have two... lunch and dinner, although at varying times during the day depending on how busy the kitchen is, and depending on what I can afford... although I do tend to cook myself very large dinners, my housemates say I eat enough for four, yet if I eat less I'm still hungry afterwards.

I don't have a big appetite. Most of the time I only eat later on in the evening and sometimes more than others. To clear things up: no, I do not fight werewolves or visit the blood bank..... anymore.

I actually eat closer to one meal a day... and a snack or two.

Not very healthy I know.

But I am just never hungry enough to make a meal. When I wake up I have a drink and perhaps an apple or something. Then I am good until about lunch time, when I will feel a bit hungry, but usually not hungry enough to bother making a full meal, so I'll just have a snack. Then at dinner time I actually feel like a meal, and once I have had it I am good until the next day :/

This is probably why I never gain weight though, so that's good.

Well, I've stuck to it for about 2 years now and swinging from 69-73, so I can say that it works pretty good for me. ymmv. And of course, consistent overeating will screw anyone over whatever eating habits they have, for me the key is loads of fat because it takes much longer to break down than carbs/glucose so I don't get hungry until at least 12-13 hours after my last meal, usually 15-16.

My brother is a Cyclist.. is out riding 50 miles a day ..always bloody training.. guy eats more carbs in one day then a blue whale.. Skinny bastard too.. nothing wrong with carbs/glucose if your exercising, just depends on your activity level and knowing how much Carbs you need in a day for your energy requirments
