It's something that needs to be lost slowly. If it's lost really fast, your body adapts by being extremely conservative. That's why you see people who go on and off diets, because they lose it all, and gain it just as quick.Cowabungaa said:Loosing weight isn't the hardest part, it's keeping that weight off. Logic means nothing to me, I am a creation of science!stinkychops said:-snip-
I'm simply stating facts, perhaps you could point out where I said you did have cholesterol problems. Besides, just because punching myself in the head doesn;t hurt me after the first 3 times doesn't mean I should continue. Your logic is fallible, your hair is not shaped like a bird.
Another part of the joke? What was the first part of the joke? Eating unhealthy is funny?
You just went on to say the exact thing I predicted. You're using an in joke on a public forum. Why?
Okay, well, I happened to know already. I stuck to learning when most others at school decided not to.stinkychops said:-snip-
I simply brought it up because its important people in general know about it. Sometimes people read posts which they aren't quoted in, guess its how people get quoted in the first place. However, the reason I specifically quoted you was because I had no way of knowing you were lying/joking.
Well, I've stuck to it for about 2 years now and swinging from 69-73, so I can say that it works pretty good for me. ymmv. And of course, consistent overeating will screw anyone over whatever eating habits they have, for me the key is loads of fat because it takes much longer to break down than carbs/glucose so I don't get hungry until at least 12-13 hours after my last meal, usually 15-16.Cowabungaa said:Loosing weight isn't the hardest part, it's keeping that weight off. Skinny bastard too.. nothing wrong with carbs/glucose if your exercising, just depends on your activity level and knowing how much Carbs you need in a day for your energy requirmentsbarash said:Well, I've stuck to it for about 2 years now and swinging from 69-73, so I can say that it works pretty good for me. ymmv.
