depends what ive been watching lately - red dwarf i say smeg a lot, father ted i say feck, etc. i always greet people with 'morning' regardless of the time. in moments of surprise i often say 'buddha's breasts,' 'god's gonads,' or 'jehovah's junk.' that and i tend to swear in other languages - except i dont know other languages, so its really just very emphatically spoken random syllables. if i cant be bothered with something i tend to say bother that nonsense and depending on who im hanging with i tend to quote situationally relevant lines from zero punctuation, red vs blue, psychonauts, firefly/serenity and dr tran. if im bored i finish lines with 'in accordance to prophecy' or start them with 'The voices say...' my sister objects to me swearing in front of my nephew so i tend to say "fuuu...ar out" a lot.

other than that, there isnt really anything i say often.

"It beats a kick in the face" I say that when something is bad, but it could be a lot worse. Yeah, I know that's stupid. Thens sometimes I find myself telling the enemies in whatever game I'm play to "Die to death"

When somebody does something wrong or breaks something I like to yell "See!? THIS is why we can't have nice things!"

Edit: I kinda stole this from tv: [HEADING=1]IGNORE ME![/HEADING]

as I do have a habit of shoehorning it in whenever necessary.
That's what she said.

I usually say "BOOSH!" when I do something good in a game.
Or in awkward situations, I'll say "Awkward" In a falsetto voice.
"Meanwhile, over at [whatever I want to change the subject to]" is one of mine too.

I start saying "bararararararam" every time I shoot a machine gun ingame.
For snipers, it's "pookk".
For rockets, it is "neeeeeeuwuuwuwww BLAAAAAMMMM".
Well, yeah, I'm simple.
