I enjoy genuine paradoxes and logic puzzles ^__^

I plan to try and figure out this one on my own, but it looks pretty hard:

Of course the solution is there, but I've resisted looking so far -__-
Though... there better be a solution. If I'm going for an unsolved problem I'd kick myself later.
I read the solution and it seemed like a load of bullshit to me. I don't mean to tempt you but if you do look I'd appreciate it if you could explain it to me. I don't make a habit of solving logic puzzles so it's very possible that I just don't understand it. However, the bit pertaining to Random is particularly nonsensical in my opinion.

I tend to exclude or dodge a lot of information about me when people ask but I cannot say that I've lied a lot unless it was some kind of joke in which case I very quickly come clean. I cannot honestly say I never lie, but I don't make a huge habit of it and I don't think it has or ever would be anything too big.

I used to... years and years ago. However, has time has gone by, I have been more comfortable presenting myself as I am. Also, I have managed to have enough good experiences online that I am now, in a way, proud of who I am and what I have accomplished over the years under this username.

I will admit I am not 100% honest about myself to everyone, but it is not a case of lying but rather simply not telling people stuff. That's simply the sort of person I am. You could say I prefer being my true self online while leaving the real world in reality. :3
I see your situation as very similar to mine, and I guess a lot of people, as you get older you tend to be more comfortable about yourself and willing to be more honest.

No, I also don't have the paranoia of revealing personal information a lot of internet users have - which may or may not be a bad thing. Saying I live in London doesn't suddenly mean a whole host of stalkers follows me whenever I leave the house. Plus, I like finding out people I know have similar interests, so I don't mind if they see what I'm up to online.

Well, that and the fact that all of my really stupid mistakes online were done using different usernames. This one is quite clean in comparison. XD

Lying is a horrible habit that I would never stoop so low to do. Overall, lying isn't something that can be ethically justified. Even the smallest white lies exist for the sole purpose of hiding the truth for your own benefit in some way. Even if it's to help people you care for.

Did I mentioned that I'm King Henry the Eighth?

Of course I don't lie brah! I mean why lie about myself when I have such huge throbbing pecs and bulging 10 inch pytons! And I have bitches crawling around me cuz they love my huge... okay this has gone a little too far ha ha. But seriously if people ask me a question I tend to answer honestly. Why lie? But I'm also a super honest person in real life so that probably affects my personality all around.

I lie about my age since everyone seems to tune me out as soon as they realize I'm 15. Otherwise, I'm pretty honest... Except on redtube.

I'm the CEO of Coca Cola, why would I need to lie to feel good about myself?

I did years and years ago. Everyone was a lot more gullible then, too, so it was almost always taken at face value.

Now, I'm pretty much exclusively honest, but everyone assumes everyone is lying anyway.

It's a funny old world.
This.

I use to lie a lot back when I frequented chat rooms etc because, well I was a kid, why not.

Now I can't be bothered.

I used to as a kid (didn't we all from time to time?) but now, generally no, I say generally because, well if I'm under pressure to keep a secret or save face somehow, I have been known to just slightly exaggerate or tone down certain details, though I never outright lie

There's only one thing that I tend to exaggerate online and that is the conversations that I have with my friends offline, and that's for the sake of the subject of a thread I make. :p

I don't see why I should lie. I mean, I don't have much to hide. Plus, if it's for the sake of having people think you're cool in real life, what's the point of boasting if they're probably never gonna meet you?

I make it a point not to lie but I am not above embellishing or exaggerating a story or sometimes leaving out a few details. Of course I do that in conversation outside the internet as well so it's not really anything to do with the internet specifically.

Then again maybe I am lying about this now.

I'm a pathological liar; I sometimes don't even notice when I'm doing it. It has to do with the self-confidence issues I developed as a child, as I do it to make myself feel more interesting, usually.

That said, I try not to, and in general manage to be completely honest online or elsewhere. Contradictory though it may be, I dislike lying as a practice, so it's not really something I have to try not to do.

There's one thing I lie about to everyone, but it's technically true, depending on your view.

There's also that same compulsive urge to want to seem more intelligent than I am, that everybody has.
Speak only for yourself. Another of my childhood issues was hatred of all the attention being book smart in a small, uninteresting town got me, and the expectations to be a highly successful genius that came with it; gave me quite the inferiority complex. I don't choose to try to look less intelligent, but I put even less effort into trying to look moreso.

No, I don't think so. I mean, I'll exaggerate for effect sometimes, but only if my story is long and not that interesting. As I said, though, I won't make shit up. I'll exaggerate, usually in an attempt to make the reader feel some of the excitement that I felt; I hate telling a story and then having people look at me and go, "I guess you had to be there."

Frankly, I never lie on the internet. I'm always 100% truthful.

On a completely unrelated note, I was almost killed by a SWAT team when I was an infant, and my father created a race of albino radioactive mutant black widow spiders.

If I am making up a story for shits and giggles yeah I will but its so rare that I do and so obvious when I do it.....

Of course that is also for a specific purpose. More for entertainment and getting the damn thing out of my head. Otherwise when not telling a story I am 100% honest. Online, offline, doesn't matter I can't lie worth shite. I do my research when I'm unsure of something and cite sources.
