Do you still watch Extra Credits?

Well i used to, but not lately. They used to upload a vid on youtube to show that a new episode had aired on Penny Arcade, so i checked it out. But thinking about it, they haven`t done that in quite a while...a shame. I´m lazy, in some weird way, i suppose. The show they made was good stuff tho, enjoyed it quite a lot.

When I said I never did, I meant I never watched it regularly. I saw about three episodes to give it a chance, but hated all of them.

From what friends who watch the show, they haven't changed what I hate about them much.

I didn't watch it here on this site to begin with. Tried a few episodes to see what the fuss was about, but I couldn't stand the voice or that it felt so damn preachy. Pretentious might be a better word for it?

I watch it weekly on Penny Arcade, along with Check Point. I use multiple gaming sites anyway, so hopping over to PA for those shows is hardly a big deal.

They're a bit hit and miss, but I really don't understand the levels of hate they get *shrug*

Sure, I still watch them, I'm not one of the people butthurt that they acknowledge, say, homophobia as a problem.

Many here are butthurt about things like that, so I can see the rage at them. Never ceases to amuse me.

I thought it was ok during it's time on The Escapist. They had a lot of good points I never thought about when it comes to gaming. After all that stupid drama, though, took one look at that one episode where the artist of Phoenix Wright (If I remember correctly, sorry if I don't) dropped by and didn't bother to continue.

Every week! I love what they do, and the way they do it. I find the topics they talk about interesting and the points they talk about enlightening. I find that their show is one of the best places to understand what is going in in the larger gaming community and industry.

Holy shit, that was almost a full year ago. I remember leaving for a family vacation in early August with no Internet for a week, and coming back to find the EC scandal on high alert, and my friend banned for vulgarly defending EC.

Anyway, I never even watched it when it came here. Check my badges, you'll see there isn't even one given to me for watching EC.

Used to watch it a bit when I was but an unnamed lurker here on The Escapist. Then I raged at them for the 'Games as Art' episode when they declared the player is an artist. That's like saying the reader of a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' book is an artist for turning to page 9 because he/she chose that. Grrr. Now they have run out of the meaty topics and are just doing niche 'snacky' topics, so meh. How is that Indie Game Fund doing anyway?

Yes every week, there quality doesn't seem to have gone down and there one of the few places I can find in depth analysis and thoughts about specific parts of games.

Yes, I look forward to watching them every week. Their stuff isn't always perfect, but it provides a very strong base for me to go research things on my own.

I will watch them if they have a topic that interests me. I run it like Zero Punctuation, if I care about what they talk about I'll watch, if not I just get bored and quit it anyways so why bother in the first place.
