Indeed it is. Like has been previously mentioned, it's simply a Zelda Machine.

Oh, and also just a Gamecube that takes up less space.

I'm pretty peeved at how sucky the library for the Wii was. What a crap console.

Not mine. I actually switch between my Wii and my PS3 every three days, so it's still going strong. Though there are FAR more games waiting in backlog for my PS3 than my Wii.

Yeah, mine is also sitting on the table doing nothing. I would be playing it though for some of the games I bought on Wiiware, and I would like to play Melee and Metroid Prime again, but my brother hogs the bloody TV all the time and I'm too busy to play games like I used to.

I haven't played it in a really, really long time. I can't remember when the last time I played it was. :(

It is really sad really. Probably going to trade the poor bugger in soon and all the games I brought with it.

It's not really worth it just for SSBB, Mario Kart, Zelda or any of the other stuff. It's just because there are better games on PC, 360 or PS3.

So I am going to give it in soon.
Got it in 2007 for my birthday in grade 7. Such a sad way. Hopefully it will fuel my money for my other games I am going to get.

All my consoles are collecting dust, it's not like I have much occasion to move them around preventing a dust build-up.

But to answer the actual spirit of your question, no I don't use my Wii too often. The Xbox 360 just has a more expansive library of games I want to play. I do plan on buying the two "Return" platformers after their prices drop, but other than possibly expanding my GameCube collection a bit I don't think I'll be making any further purchases for the Wii.

You know what though? I'm fine with that, the console was cheap and it let me play some great games.

If I had a Wii it would collect dust, there isn't anywhere in my house with enough space to use it properly.

Yes it does.

Girls just don't seem to be very interested in it. *sigh*
That's weird, I find girls pounce on mine as soon as they get through the front door!

It did... But then I discovered Trauma Team, and from that the other Trauma Center games!

Sadly, Atlus doesn't appear to be planning any new additions to the Trauma Center series.

I guess once they run their course my poor Wii will go back to collecting dust.

If people were actually considering finding a reason to dust off their Wiis, I'd say pick up Trauma Team. That game is hella inexpensive ($10-$15 or so) and I'd say the game's story and writing quality is on par with Mass Effect. Not even joking, it's about the closest to Bioware writing quality as you'll get from a non-Bioware game at the moment. But that's just my opinion.

It's been a long time. I think the last real gaming session I had with my Wii was with Monster Hunter Tri more than a year ago.

Nope, I just completed my first run of The Last Story and I'm all set for round two and Pandora's Tower. I can't wait to continue playing Pandora's Tower, the little I've played so far is awesome.

I still use it occasionally, but not as often as I used to. The last game I played on it was Donkey Kong Country Returns, a brilliant platformer and easily one of the best games on the system.

Along with all my other consoles.

Wii more than the others however.

There's just no good games on it.

Used my Wii for the two Zelda games (I swear I didn't know Twilight Princess was on Gamecube too, I was like 11!) and SSBB for like five minutes. So yes, it pretty much collects dust. Not bothering with the Wii U, I've learned my lesson finally!
