I've some good friends are Chinese,watch lots of HK and jap films, and even speak a few words in cantonese. But if an oriental fella's speaking one of those at speed I would have a hard time telling which it was, and I don't want to get shot!

What's the charge where you see a crime being commited but do nothing to stop it? That would be what gets me in prison cause I'm too lazy. That, or internet piracy if they ever crack down on it.

Why would you expect that? Not everyone grew up around those cultures, so why would you expect them to study the facial and build differences? Also would you reciprocate and study Caucasian build and facial structures so that you never confuse a person from England from a person from Romania?

Back on topic: Me I can get physically confrontational when drinking, it has landed me in jail in the past and may do so again in the future.

In Louisiana, it is illegal to rob a bank and then shoot the teller with a water pistol.
The law states that biting someone with your natural teeth is "simple assault", while biting someone with your false teeth is "aggravated assault."
