The driver walked away from it, and nobody else was hurt? Huh. Looks a lot worse than that, but I guess the back of the truck was flimsy and easily popped.Oof, that truck just evaporated. Yes, I know those boxes are actually quite flimsy![]()

Box trucks like that generally just tend to have a sheet-metal frame. They're not meant to withstand any kind of force, just to keep stuff from falling out.The driver walked away from it, and nobody else was hurt? Huh. Looks a lot worse than that, but I guess the back of the truck was flimsy and easily popped.
Somehow the presence of Diddy Kong himself there doesn’t make that explanation better xD
I’ve always read that as “Hyboria” and that’s how it’s spelled on the DLC for Age of Conan and as far as I know in the books themselves, but according to Wikipedia - make ready your salt - it was based off Hyperborea in Ancient Greece’s mythology and tales. Some kind of northern continent or something blessed or favoured by Apollo.Hypo- and hyper- are prefixes which mean the exact opposite. And in fantasy (I think started, or at least popularised by Conan), people talk about Hyperborea, the far north. Wonder if any barbarians heard wrong and were supposed to go to the South Pole instead and found themselves on the exact opposite side of the planet.
And completely ruthless bastards.
Though, of course, well known already that they are quite intelligent.
