Who watched it?
What were your thoughts?

I thought it looked really cool, lots of potential, and anything Joss Whedon does is gold, so I have high hopes.

I have high hopes for the show... he already has five years of character development planned out, so I really hope he didn't do all that work for nothing XD

It seems like it might take a bit to really pick up, but the set up he has going... so much potential!

It's not on Hulu yet so I haven't seen it yet. But I saw an interview with one the actors on the late late show. Isn't it programming your perfect date?

Yes but everything Whedon makes is usually cancelled for stupid reasons as well :p
yeah cause Buffy never really had a chance to get off the ground and neither did Angel, it's only Firefly that was canceled after fox botched it

the show was pretty good tho, has some promise

I was pretty underwhelmed. I though about reviewing it like I did the 24 premier, but I doubt it. It wasn't bad, but it certainly never drew me in.

Whedon's stuff is overrated. That's just my opinion; I'm not bashing you if you like it.

But more often than not, put Joss Whedon's name on anything and fanboys (there are a lot of them) will squeal "omfg joss wehdno did it IT MSUT BE TEH AWESUM CUZ HE DID FIERFLYY!!!!!1!!eleven!!" and watch it religiously, even if it gets panned across the board.

I really enjoyed it. Joss Whedon, has another success! Hopefully the horrible time slot doesn't kill it.

It's actually got a really good time slot, 10 PM on Fridays.

There was some clumsy exposition and blatant fan service, but that's to be expected for a first episode. I loved the ad for the show where actress said "I can be anything yo want" and "We can have a date next Tuesday."
1 If you're going to objectify women like that, be more subtle.

2 I'm pretty sure Dollhouse is partially a critique/parody of that kind of marketing.

Oh I forgot it premiered today, from the previews and interviews I have seen it looks cool. Also, Joss has a unique style so it should be good.

I watched it, I think it could be really good. Unless the pull a LOST and keep things secret too long and overcomplicate it (Don't mean to offend, but I really hate LOST). I will keep watching, just out of curiosity.

Why are you not banned yet?

On a more on-topic note, I like to watch more than one episode of a series before I make too many judgments; it has not cast me away from it so so far, so good...
