If I ever go to prison, my plan is to eat my cellmate. "Guards. Guards. Come on guys I'm hungry. Can you bring me a sandwich? Or at least another cellmate. Maybe one not so stringy?"

You actually don't need any soap to wash yourself. Ancient humans already did, so why even care... even more in prison. Warm water can deal with most dirt and the rest will come off as your skin regenerates.
