Download Accelerators?

Can anybody attest to some that work? I've been downloading Oblivion, GTA4, and Morrowind, and am personally sick of waiting, 2 days and none of them are done.

I'm not trusting google right off the bat for this, and want some recommendations from people who have experience. Thank you ^^

I use the Internet Download Manager. I'm not sure how much it accelerates the download, but I find it useful all around.

AND that fact that you have been downloading 3 games at the same time with will reduce the amount of bandwidth than can be used for a single game. And Morrowind is at least 4 GB's and Oblivion is even more than that.

A maximum 100kbps here. It usually stays a steady 80kbps though.

48 Mb/s download is what I was looking for. yes that's pretty bad. Where do you live? Only choose a server on the website which is closest to you.

48 Mb/s download is what I was looking for. yes that's pretty bad. Where do you live? Only choose a server on the website which is closest to you.

I have 2 mods on firefox downloading, don't wanna stop em andh ave to redownload xD

If you're already maxing out your connection, download accelerators aren't going to help you at all. All they do is create multiple connections to the mirror/mirrors and download multiple chunks of the file at once... thus making it easier for you to reach the theoretical maximum speed of your internet connection. It won't help you get past the limits your ISP set up for you.

16GB is nothing, but then again not everyone has an internet connection like I do.
