Need to see the Rogue and Mage skill trees.

Warriors are for people with no imagination.

Warmonger is going to be the Tank tree, I see.

This seems good. Quite like what they said those would be like in some interviews.

Although, I don't like that simplified interface one bit.

I got a question for all of you guys!

Will you customize your Hawke or use the default like Commander Sheperd? (for me)

But overall aparently the warrior is worce then the mage people say, needs to be a bit (?) better....also Duel Weilding warrior FTW

Or people who like to tank big monster :p
Okay. TANKS are cool.

But otherwise, it's just "hit thing with big weapons until it dies". Even in DA1, most of the talents were used as combo hits with minor side-effects, like Flurry & Assault. Compared to Rogues and Mages, straight warriors were BLAAAAAAAND.

Tanks are cool, though. Had to take the reigns of Shale/Alistair a lot when their tactics weren't applicable to the situation, and they started doing their own thing. DO NOT USE DISENGAGE, Alistair! Why did you disengage the Elite rank Hurlock?
You wanna do something that is stupidly fun? Play a warrior as an archer. In particular, once you reach Awakening (or use the addon to add Awakening skills into vanilla), you turn into a hateful warmonger of unimaginable power. As strong as rogues are in vanilla, and versatile mages are, nothing in Awakening compared to the sheer stupid amounts of damage a Spirit Archer could do. My archer rogue was doing about 500 a shot, with AoS for 2k. My Spirit Archer was doing 1.2k a shot, and AoS for 5k. Yes, it's really THAT. ABSURD. (And fun as hell)

Back to the topic of DA2, the demo did not impress me one bit. Crashed 5 times, two before I even got in to actually play. The DX9 performance is awful, the discussion tree responses do not flow into conversations like they do in Mass Effect(watch them, they pause to load the sound file every time). Sure, there are some improvements, like better human models, better lighting, a main character that speaks; but the things we lost are unacceptable. Inferior enemy models, with goofy or ridiculously looking animation. Bland, lackluster environments. And combat that used to require planning and cunning boiled down to hack'n'slash on consoles, and boring wars of attrition on PC. (Yes, I actually tried both. The combat differences are STARK.)
