Sure, it's possible. But i highly doubt it.Matt K said:On the other hand, it's possible that one will be able to say the same thing about these characters. We don't know the context of who or when these followers would appear.AntiChri5 said:Shale was DLC, Dog barely counts, Loghain was only a companion for the last fifth of the game and you had to give uo another follower to get him.Fuhrlock said:I originally thought what does number of characters mean compared to how developed they are...then I started thinking: 'Alistair, Sten, Oghren, Dog, Shale, Leliana, Zevran, Morrigan, Wynne, Loghain. Well I count 10 for Origins, so this statement really is pointless''In Dragon Age: Inquisition, there are nine followers for you to find and recruit, the most of any Dragon Age game to date'
And yet wasn't part of the base game. If you don't have an internet connection, bought a used copy and don't have the cash to buy the content or are playing the game after the apocalypse and all servers are gone, you aren't getting Shale.SourMilk said:Yeah, day-one DLC that was free with every legal copy. I cannot say that your point is valid.AntiChri5 said:Shale was DLC
Interesting. I don't remember that happening. It's almost like other people can have different opinions to you.Amaror said:Guys this is a company that fucked you over twice.
Every game ever released could have been better with a bit more time to polish things up. Well, maybe not Duke Nukem Forever. Could DA2 have used more time? Fuck yes. Is it one of my favorite games anyway? Fuck yes.No matter what you thought about DA 2 or the Mass Effect 3 ending, you cannot deny that both were rushed and way worse than they could have been.
You should know better by now then to tell other people what their opinions should be. I have never gotten worked up enough over pre-release info to feel betrayed or wronged when it turns out to be bullshit. You should know better by now than to trust their empty promises again.
Yeah, true, it was a "leaked" vid so blured and damaged that you can't see almost anything without hurting your eyes.. No thanks.Ferisar said:I'm seriously surprised by just how many people have not seen a single shred of actual gameplay of Inquisition considering they showed a 30 minute clip LAST FUCKING YEAR

Huh? The demo was presented at multiple events.Rodolphe Kourkenko said:Yeah, true, it was a "leaked" vid so blured and damaged that you can't see almost anything without hurting your eyes.. I am not saying that everyone should think that DA 2 was bad. I think so, but i know that some people liked it. And you're wellcome to like it.AntiChri5 said:Interesting. I don't remember that happening. It's almost like other people can have different opinions to you.

Maybe or maybe not. Either way though I am looking forward to playing both games. I think both of them will be great. Plan on pre-ordering the DA:I Collector's Edition soon.WashAran said:And will still probably be outdone by a small studio in poland.
Yep, at the beginning, it's blurred and i never bother to watch a vid so ugly, perhaps after it's better, if it's the case i'm wrong, you're right.Ferisar said:Huh? Yeah, I can't see anything at all in that video. Ugh, so blurry.
EDIT:
Actually, I remember SPECIFICALLY linking this video to you on at least one, maybe two occasions, because of the same exact line of commentary.

Perhaps you already linked this to me, i don't remember and the facts are that i don't want to start a flame war and i don't really care. Imo, the bioware games are always made with the same archetypes since BG2, they're a overhyped studio and all their last games were a mess (from a technical or writing point of view), perhaps i'm wrong but if it's the case i'll admit it.
And here at the E3, it's just smoke and miror, they showed nothing (beside undead with same bad textures and same animations) and it's my main problem with them. If their games are good, it's for the better but since the ME3 hype they put in movement, i always doubt anything they say.
I said that it could have used more time. Yes, it was rushed. That's not debateable. But someone who still enjoyed it enough to have six seperate playthroughs, like me, should not hesitate to pre order or get exitied for it or whatever. (Note, i haven't actually pre-ordered yet).Amaror said:I am not saying that everyone should think that DA 2 was bad. I think so, but i know that some people liked it. But can you seriously tell me that you didn't notice how rushed it was?
The lifeless city, the reused environments and the bad story ending (You're supporting the mages?! Your compassion makes me want to turn into an abomination and kill you all!) were just cheap and in my opinion an insult to every of their customers.
The Game was clearly not polished and i am just saying that you should be aware of that when preordering a game. Like i said, even if you don't preorder you can still buy it Day 1 and loose pretty much nothing.
I am not telling you what your opinion should be, i am just telling you to be carefull with preorders.
I have fallen into the preorder trapp myself twice now, once with DA 2 and once with Rome 2.
Well in my opinion you(and i mean everyone with this) should always hesitate to preorder something. Mainly, because the whole system is there to benefit the publisher, not the consumer. But this is a discussion for another thread and doesn't belong in hereAntiChri5 said:I said that it could have used more time. Yes, it was rushed. That's not debateable.
