Mix Baileys cream, a little vodka (optional for extra drunkeness), Tia Maria, and a small amount of either ice cream, preferably vanilla (Slightly melted), or double cream. Guys, I have a drink that'll make you popular with the ladies.
I don't know what it's called and I don't have an official name for it but for now I'm going with "Get me drunk punch"
It's amaretto and cranberry juice.
And oddly enough, if you use a twizzler as a straw, it tastes even better.

When you get the chance to do it my way, do it. It also gets you drunk a little bit faster so you save yourself more jaeger for next time.Cpt_Oblivious said:

However, I myself drink Golden (half lager, half bitter) and 50's (half guiness, half mild). I dunno how exactly i got into them, perhaps because I spend all day bloody serving them, but darned if they aren't tasty. However, NEVER have a pint of Golden then a pint of 50. It will knock seven shades of shit out of you.
My favourite are Irish Car Bombs, best had in a beer mug.
Instructions are as follows
3/4 pint Guinness stout
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson Irish whiskey
Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.
Drink it fast, otherwise it starts to curdle.

I am a big fan of Bloody Knuckles and Black and Blues.
Bloody Knuckles
1/2 pint cherry wheat (sam adams) in glass first
1/2 pint guinness on top
Black and Blue
Same as Bloody Knuckles, but use a blueberry ale
The Cherry Wheat and Blueberry ale always go first because they are denser than Guinness, if you do it the other way, you'll mix them and ruin the effect of having a half dark/ half light glass of ale. Also this way they stay separate and you can better identify the tastes of each beer as you drink.

Duck Fart:
1) Fill a DOUBLE shotglass 1/3 of the way with COLD (refrigerator) Kahlua
2) Layer on top of that, 1/3 of COLD (refrigerator) Bailey's Irish Cream
3) Layer on top of that, 1/3 of ICE COLD (freezer) Whiskey, preferably Jack Daniel's Single Barrel or Maker's Mark
To make neat layers, turn a spoon upside down and place just above the most recent layer. Pour the next layer onto the underside of the spoon and the next layer will fall neatly on top of the last. It doesn't affect the taste to have it messy though.
*You do not have to like Whiskey to enjoy this. I know because I actually don't like Whiskey. This shot tastes like a damn liquid candy bar...with a punch.
