Earlier today, around 4, my phone line had a hiccup and now I can not use any land line or internet services.
I've been searching for a cause and the modem says that there is an issue with the dsl.
I tried unplugging it a couple times, didn't work, so I called up AT&T to find out the issue.
They were about as helpful as, well, nothing. They only offered us packages instead of actually fixing the problem. After that, I asked if there was any distortion of service in our area. They said "no", so I hung up. After that dissapointing call, I walk to my neighbor's to see if they had any issues like me. Turns out, their connections were screwed over as well.
Of course, there is also contruction down the street, and the workers may have fucked up the service in the process of building a new road, but that's just a guess.
So, I come to you guys to ask for help, or to share your terrible customer services exchanges.
I need to find out if there is a fast way to fix me phone line. Can you guys help?
