EA Throws Legal Counterpunch at Langdell's Edge

I've been monitoring the Tim Langdell situation for a while now and scincerly hope he gets the legal *****-slap he has been deserving of for nearly a decade now. The man hasn't actually been involved in making, publishing, distributing or backing a single solitary game since the early 1990s yet someone has the balls to call himself the head of a game development studio known as "Edge games".

Langdell has proceeded to sue everyone in sight over the use of the term 'edge' whist deliberatly attempting to casue confusion between his own (imaginary) products and legit games like Mirrors edge. Between his samefull trademark squatting and lawsuit trolling Langdell finds the time to send imflamitory e-mails to indie developers and generally make a massive swinging dick of himself.

For some unexplainable reason up until 2009 this man was actully a memeber of International Game Developers Association despite his sole source of income at the time seemingly being trolling and harassing other people who were actually doing creative work. The way i like to think of Langdell is like a cross between Bobby.k, a homeless man, a Mob Lawyer and a gaint back full of dicks.

Welcome to the RAGE club, im sorry to have to share the utter injustice and fail with you but Langdells buisness since 1990 has actually mainly revolved arround litigating for profit. It's one of the most hateful things you can ever do and a syptom of the ease of abuse of the US and increasingly Uk legal system. His effect on the industry has been tantamount to standing in your way for no reason and then demanding payment to move out of your way. He has no leg to stand on in terms on geneal human decency or creative value.
