2590: Potentially deadly UV radiation disease spotted, dubbed "Shines".

2591: Shines confirmed to have consumed 100% of the Moon's population
2600: Moon tracking methods have ceased to function and the status of the Moon's inhabitants becomes quickly unknown.
2605: Military forms Earth-Moon.
The year is 2660. It's been 100 years since the colonisation of our Moon took place and 60 since we lost communications with the inhabitants. Current speculation suggests that the outbreak of 'shines' is the cause. We know nothing of the disease, what it does, where it originated, only that it lead to the instant quarantining of the Moon.

Appearance: A man bordering on a heavy build, but yet still fits a large suit, Joshua stands at 6'1". He has a thin brown stubble, usually from neglecting to shave for a day. His stands straight like the soldier he is, his face set and with brown eyes glimmering as he looks to the future. He is the average simple soldier, there to do his duty.

Class: Gunman
Appearance: 5"9, lean athletic build. Has short black hair which he keeps covered by a baseball cap with striking gray eyes.
Background: Michael was born into a lower class neighborhood plagued by crime and violence. He lived having to toil for everything and showed that when he joined the military. Setting himself apart from the rank and file, Michael excelled as a soldier and marksman which allowed him to be selected for Earth-Moon
Name: Dekres "Dek" Ignes
Age: 24
Class: Support
Appearance: Tall and not overly built, Dekres looks very youthful, he is often punished for looking very lax compared with other troopers, he has blue eyes and messy brown hair.
Background: Dekres was born without Myostatin making his muscles denser and stronger than normal. He bounced around schools in his early youth, testing out his strength in fights with other students and being expelled for it, after he got rejected from a college at the age of 21, he signed up to be in the military, he was quickly drafted into being a support troop. Finding it easier than anything else he done, he stuck with it, and when the mission to Earth-Moon came up, he joined as quickly as he could. He was bored of sitting about on the same rock anyway.
Name: Jonathon "Doc" Shannow
Age: 43
Class: Doctor
Appearance: Ageing well, Jon is still tall, relatively handsome, and while he was never powerfully built, he has yet to feel the weakening touch of age. His thin face is built out of sharp edges and weathered by time, and looks imposing and harsh until his warm personality shows through. His hair, which is dark but shows the odd silver hair, is worn long and hangs freely, save when he is dealing with open wounds, when he ties it back
Background: With a quick mind, steady hands and a penchant for fixing things and solving problems, Jon knew from his teens that he would be either an engineer or a medic. The deciding factor was when he did better in biology than physics, and from then his career was set. He studied voraciously, gathering qualifications and setting himself up for what he saw as the noblest cause available to him; curring people's suffering where they needed it most, right on the front line. He joined up to the military forces, and with his impressive qualifications, undeniable skill and cool head in the heat of combat, he was sent to Earth-Moon
