You're telling us that it's okay for old, white, billionaire men to be allowed to mess with procedure and decorum whenever it suits them, but black women need to have some respect, shut the fuck up and obey.
At what point during the hearing, did any of the old, white men mess with the procedure and decorum of the hearing, and it was allowed? Timestamps please.

Lawful Evil was the first person to get gaveled, and I mentioned that in an earlier post.
So what sort of double-standard are you referring to, exactly?

Or are you saying that black women should never be gaveled when they break procedure and decorum, because, if they are, that's racism?
I look forward to seeing what you come up with to justify that ridiculous statement of yours.

Also on the subject of the "spikes", where all of a sudden there was a huge dump of ballots that lost Trump the lead in the middle of the night, the question was asked yesterday, "Couldn't this just be a large county submitting their results after having finally finished counting everything?"

The answer given during the hearing was "no", because the counties do not just update their results once they're finished. They update their counts continuously. That's how the NYT was reporting their numbers, they had a feed from a server.

So that's the explanation for those of you who said "that's just how mail-in ballots worked, they were all counted at once, and they were overwhelmingly for Biden"
Plus, the processing capacity of those machines meant that it wasn't physically possible for them to process that amount of ballots in such a short period of time.
"Couldn't this just be a large county submitting their results after having finally finished counting everything?"

Right: but let's think about the precise wording of that question a little more carefully. There is indeed a running total available before counties complete everything. However, that running total is still composed of batches, not individual votes. Some of those batches were very large indeed.

Seriously, we knew this weeks ago. How are you still banging on about it now?

Read the post again carefully, think about all the adjectives, and then re-compute.

What do you define as a "batch"? Any arbitrary amount of votes that have yet to be submitted?
So someone could just count ballots and add them to a batch until it accrues 150K plus votes, and then send them all in as one "batch"?

Why were all the previous "batches", before that big spike, so small, then? Did they have a reason for not treating this big "batch" like all the others?
If I'm in charge of a county, and I submit "batches" in groups of 50, 100, 200, 300... what reason would I have for suddenly changing up my methodology and submitting tens or hundreds of thousands of votes in a batch?

I think the Colonel's explanation was that these aren't manually submitted vote counts, it's these networked machines that are submitting the totals automatically. It's just submitting numbers over the internet. In fact, he intercepted the data and found that they were being submitted with decimal places, not as whole numbers, and the decimal places weren't just ".00"

Why were there decimal places? Can people cast partial votes?
His answer for this was that there was an algorithm weighting the votes.

Read the post again carefully, think about all the adjectives, and then re-compute.
Here's what you said:

" You're telling us that it's okay for old, white, billionaire men to be allowed to mess with procedure and decorum whenever it suits them, but black women need to have some respect, shut the fuck up and do what they're told. "

Why do you think that I'm telling you that?
What makes you think I'm telling you that it's okay for old, white, billionaire men to be allowed to mess with procedure and decorum whenever it suits them, but black women need to have some respect, shut up and do what they're told?

Please explain.

The fact that there are still people who buy into the voter fraud idea is fuckin' mental. Just goes to show how easy it is for people to throw reason and logic out of the window because they can't face reality. If they were ever capable of logic to begin with, considering the fact that they supported one of the worst human beings alive and pretended like he's an OK guy who knows what the fuck he's talking about. He isn't, and he doesn't.

I remember the same thing being said by the republicans about the "Russians hacked our election!" claims made back in 2016.

They said they were going to stop counting, sent people home (especially the republican observers and the press), and a few stayed behind, pulled ballots out of suitcases from underneath a table, and began counting them from 10:30 at night, unsupervised, until 1 in the morning.

This was also the "water main break" thing

This is happening in the GA hearings that are going on now

But just remember, "no evidence" ;)

Stop calling these puppet shows hearings, it gives them an air of legitimacy that they don't deserve.

They're propaganda stage plays, nothing more, nothing less.

And there is none. The video that you posted ran on OAN. That's an imediate red flag that it's fake news by fact manipulation. The video doesn't prove anything. You have to trust the narrator that there's something illegal going on there. You're not being provided with evidence, you're being provided with a context by a bunch of proven liars that you have to accept on faith alone. If you didn't have a narrator feeding you with that context, you wouldn't know what to look at. And the idea that those people engaged in some massive voter fraud, risking 25-to-life while the cameras are on them is fuckin' stupid. Nothing will come of it. And you'll do yourself a big favor if you stop, take a deep breath and realize that voter fraud is not some widespread issue that Republicans want you to believe. You're being taken for a ride.

Criminals aren't smart. If they were, they wouldn't be criminals, now would they?

They're not criminals, though. They're poll workers.
That's for the courts to decide... Whether or not sending everybody home, waiting until the media leaves, then having a team of democrats bring in ballots out from suitcases out from under a table and then count ballots in secret with no oversight is criminal or not.

Then why have you already decided by calling them criminals?

How do you know that's what happened?

Oh, silly me. A voice in the video said it, so it must be true.
