Hey, I know! Videogames don't promote violence, hatred and sexism. Elementary School plays apparently do.

Who made them do it? I think it's a tad too young, altough I would have loved to play in it as a little kid, well actually it's fine. Man...USA keeps surpirsing me.

I might be in the minority here, but I think that this is probably better than the original.

I hate that awful film.

So they thought a film about becoming rich and powerful though drug trafficking and violence would be a good thing to adapt into a school play? Awesome!
I never actually saw Scarface, its on my list of things to do, but the end scene is awesome.

This is by far the best school play ever. Of all time.

"Who be usin my joke?"

I love this, though. This is easily the coolest school ever.

If only everyone was nice enough to let an elementary school student live out the life of Miami's greatest drug lord.

Funny. Yes it is. Horrendous Acting. Of Course (Obviously). Politicians jumping on this and trying to use this to kill our Beloved Medium. Very High!

Thats pretty awesome. Simply because it's something different. I would've loved to this back at school instead of that nativity crap.

Was this the same school that put on the production of "New Warden"? I hope no one got beat with a pillowcase full of batteries.

I hope its real since that'd be real funny. Wish I could perform that in my school (so far we've only done comedy...Scarface would be a welcome change)

The Portal theme done by primary kids, I liked. This? not so much, there's a fine line between giving kids the bit of leeway they deserve (e.g. Portal) and going a little bit too far.

When I was in elementary school, the music instructor had me and the fellow students sing Greased Lightning [http://www.lyricsdownload.com/grease-soundtrack-greased-lightning-lyrics.html]. Suffice to say, a lot of the words were replaced.

Wow, talk about "haters gonna hate". People are going to rag on their "acting ability"? Seriously? They are elementary school students.

They did a gangster movie called "Bugsy Malone" (I believe) with all kids years ago I believe. I don't see how this is fundementally all that differant.

One of my friends got the year 7s in our school (not sure what the American grade equivalent is, 11-12 year olds?) to do one of the tensest scenes in Fight Club 0_o The one where Tyler holds a gun to the head of an innocent shop assisstant. Watch that scene for a masterclass in how to do tension in film.

That's hilarious. I wish my middle school did plays in the first place. I know a bunch of girls were talking about doing Hamlet at one point, but it never happened. And even the plays in high school weren't like this. We did shit like Grease and Annie. Bleh. We also did Dracula and Little Shop Of Horrors, but that was awesome.
