The Portal theme done by primary kids, I liked. This? not so much, there's a fine line between giving kids the bit of leeway they deserve (e.g. Portal) and going a little bit too far.
Fuck that. Video games in school? Lame. Scarface in school? Fucken-incredible! Imagine how tight that little kid will be in 10 years.

I had seen this yesterday and decided to close it after 30 seconds. After watching the rest of it, I realized that I should have stopped there. Yeah, I know that it's fake, but I cringed while watching it regardless.

Update: I think I liked the thought that it was a real performance. Those two guys are nothing but trolls.

Seems like someone's watched Rushmore.
I like to think of Jersey Girl [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0300051/] myself. I loved that performance of Sweeney Todd.

That's it. I'm starting a petition to get my local elementary school to do Saving Private Ryan for their school play this year.

All I can see is the same kid, drinking lemonade and doing [what looked like popcorn] while yelling "I PLAYED FUDGIN' TONY MONTANA! FUDGE YOU, YOU SON OF A B!"

OT - this was amazing. I laughed harder than I thought I was going to.

This reminds me of the time I thought about recreating this scene for a high school talent show.

Marc Klasfeld sure comes across as a douchebag in that interview video. Is that guy full of himself, or what?

I kind of like the video. Sure, it was bad acting, but they were fourth graders. I thought it was funny to see kids put on a play copying the movie Scarface. I kind of like how they actually took the whole movie and made it school appropriate. It might take a bit away from the story, but it is funny to see how they do it.

Also, I am truly tired of always hearing about fairy tale plays at elementary schools. I think it is about time to get some real action into those plays. I defiantly would go see this play if it were being preformed locally. By far this is the best elementary school play I have ever seen.
