What emotion do you hate most and explain why?
I can't remember the name of the emotion I hate but I'm sure it'll be mentioned on this thread.

I hate nervousness. It screwed me over with my exams. Second place would be guilt, but I don't feel that way much often anyway.

Anxiety - I curl up in a corner and don't know what to do with myself.
Irritation - I can get very, very bitchy, and in the long run I just get depressed.
Feeling humiliated - Always hated this emotion the most. Maybe from being teased as a kid.

There's a whole raft of ones that I don't like, but I hate guilt more than anything else. I have a hopelessly overactive conscience, which bugs me over minor or even just embarrassing things which happened years ago. Guilt trips are the worst. I'm not fond of hatred either, having been on the recieving end of numerous, seemingly irrational hatreds in the past. There are times to hate, but most of the time the emotion is abused. Some people just need to hate someone. Its... pathetic.

This I just got dumped by my gf of two years. Yes love is great but then comes the hurt and to me its just not worth it, especially when you see that person with someone else.
