I think the guy with a missing pinky was actually at fault in a way mainly because his first reaction to a argument was violence, and trust me when I say that a good punch to the jaw makes you jam your teeth together, in pain and reaction.

So from what I see I think it was a accident on the biters regard, and that the puncher should be scrutinized a bit more then he was in the video, just for immediatly responding with violence.

Now if the bite was intentional that it's a different story, but if you jam a fist in someones mouth you're asking for something to go wrong

violence can be avoided if no one throws the first punch =P

Usually if I'm in an argument and I know I'm right, I'll keep arguing my case. If I'm in an argument where I know I'm wrong but don't want to admit it, I'll just be really stubborn about the subject until the other person gets bored and goes of to do something else. I then claim my victory.

I rarely argue, but if someone insists on arguing even though I'm clearly right, well the old "Hey does this rag smell like chloroform to you?" yes, that's generally my pickup line, but it works to end arguments too... and I get a good meal out of it if no one is around.

I try to end arguments in the most spectacularly absurd way possible.

I prefer to end my arguments quickly and intelligently through dialogue. If that doesn't work, there's always going Ryu Hayabusa on their ass.

im rarely in a situation when i cant finish an argument thourgh dialog. but when i am i say "since we are not going to agree here we better forget bout it" though that might not work for situations in wich a decision need to be taken.

I usually end my arguments with a winning point or a 'touche' if I can't come up with a response. Seems like the best way to end an argument.
