Bonus: PC discussion question: If PCs are so much better than consoles, why is Steam now starting its own console? And if Steam is no longer exclusive to PCs, what makes PCs so good anyway? Explain.

Since when did Steam make its own consoles?!?!?! *Googles this to find out* I think you're mistaken friend. I'm only finding pre-built PC's with their own unique, open source OS. Not seeing anything here about consoles...
