I barely know the mods around here, but over at the Jedi Council Forums (Yes, I'm a fanboy), The Literature and TV Mods are a great bunch of guys.

Garth, Barriss and Gry are a great team on the TV Boards, and Rogue Follower and Havac keep the Literature zone nice and tidy.

The mods on this site are pretty chill. I've seen some sites where it gets godawful, with power-tripping maniacs running around everywhere.

ho boy, I've got a story. Ever heard of The Sith Lords Restoration Project by Team Gizka?

They had their own forums Separate from Holowan Laboratories, the main KOTOR modding site. Anyways, before the mod collapsed, a version was leaked. Cue one of the biggest firestorms I have seen.

There were mods from Holowan, who had no power at Team Gizka, who were threatening people with their "considerable power" (exact words), if they argued about the leak. They threatened to blacklist members across the ENTIRE modding network for KOTOR.

Insane power trip.

Best I ever saw was several years ago. I frequent the userfriendly.org and remember when this one little script kiddy was just being a pain in the other end. Well, after asking him/her/it several times nicely, as well as some other tactics, to get this kid to stop the mods there had finally had enough. Using a bit of geek magic they took the kid's IP addy, called the IP and got his/her/its phone number, and promptly called the kids mother. Needless to say the annoying little git never did come back. Never seen it done better before or since. They proudly display this warning at the bottom of their page.

I think everything you do devolves into bashing of some sort.
Whether it be physical or figurative.

To be honest, I don't know any mods. All of them just blend in with the normal posters. And besides, these forums always feel crowded anyway and that's why I don't really post much.

Closest to favourite would be Zombiefish. Kinda out of chance really, I just send him PMs when I feel there's a need to and he replies with high standards.

Although Ayaline is quite a positive/nice Mod but I have a feeling it has to do with her being a user first >.>

Don't get me wrong, all of the mods are really cool, but I really look up to Aylaine because she's always willing to help people out and is an all around great person.
