Alright Decided on Joshua Richardson from the Bioshock II [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/362.114451-Bioshock-2-Chapter-3-Stories-Untold-Closed] RP I wrote. Due to the progressive nature of my character's true personality, motives and such I'm going to have to remake the character sheet and synopsis of him. He commonly wears a pair of black dress pants mixed with a white undershirt with an open black dress coat over top of that. He commonly carries a cane with him for support of his limp.
Personality: How does one describe a mad man. How does anyone understand what brews beneath the skull of a man, a protégé, a master scientist. We cannot fully comprehend what the man thinks about but we can hazard a guess. He is a man who believes himself a tool of a God, wielding the powers to change the world, or destroy it. We don't know whether or not either of them are his goals. His most recent plan was to unleash a new strain of ADAM, air born to terraform humanity into his image of our next step in evolution. He manipulated individuals to get there, only stopped by the leadership of his father, the only man smarter than him in the field of genetics, and the powers of his half brother, someone who's powers inadvertently saved them all.
Based off of his psych profile, gathered by his father Dr. Richardson, we can draw a few facts from Joshua. He leans towards a more calculated approached, but is prone to fits of schizophrenic behaviour, hindering his attempts at subtlety. He leans towards anarchy or at least tries to persuade others that he is anarchic in nature. He's slippery, can't be trusted for anything and is the man to ask for help if you need a problem solved. He hates weapons but loves violence, preferring to attain it with his plasmid powers rather than worry about bullets and sharpened swords.

Short history: At first, Triple M was a wasteland outcast. Noone would help him. He was left to starve and die alone, or just die of radiation posioning. Until he was picked up by a few people from the Brotherhood. They took him in, and soon after that they found out how skilled he was with a gun and a melee weapon. So, he joined the Brotherhood of steel, and is dedicated to them. He fights for them, and hopes to die for them in the mist of battle. Like most other BOD's, he isn't too fond of super mutants or anything in between like ghouls and what not. He tends to kill them right on the spot without regret.
The reason he got his name Triple M is because of his name, Mitch Michael Murphy. It was not his choice to get it. Once some Brotherhood members found out his name, they started calling him that. And now, it is known throughout the Brotherhood in Detroit.

He began his travels when the Dr. befriended a young girl with dragonic blood. (Which means she can live 10 times longer than the average human, and has the ability to use magic). He decided that 'Nathaniel' needed to see the world, to learn and grow like any human would. The young girl travelled back to England, and lived in London for a while.
When 2 years had passed, the girl had to leave on her own to search for something. She told Jed to stay in London, and try to find his way back to Dr Graienger with the help of someone else.
Jed stayed in London for several more months, keeping to himself and exploring the streets and sewers. One night he thought he could sense the girl, and sent out a signal of blue lights. Instead the person who found him was a young man, who looked eerily like the girl.
He lived with the young man instead, who gave him the name "Jed." They became very close, and eventually travelled back to America, where they stumbled upon Dr Graienger again. the Doctor was glad to see 'Nathaniel' had grown, and let the young man keep Jed as his companion.
They later travelled to Australia, where they both worked for a while under paranormal investigators.

When she arrived back home, the secret was gone, and her father was dead, lying in a pool of blood. After hearing that their secret was not the only one stolen, she travels to meet the other warriors, to get the secrets back, and to get revenge on those that murdered the last family she had.
In the RP: Shann joined with a group of 6 guys much to her displeasure to try and save the world from an evil force. They beat up a couple of monsters. To avoid generally destroying a town that she hated, but the group had to visit to find some info, she shut down her own brain reducing herself into a vapid Hilton-esque shopper. Then Lambi killed the RP.

Okay, here's what I'm aiming for: the RP won't be massively combat-based. It's more the story of how a group of people from all different settings adjust to living together in a bizarre mish-mash of a town, and the antics that they get up to.

She's never been an easy woman to work with, as she cares about her ambitions and desires more than the lives of those around her. Needless to say, she's quite the opportunist, more than likely to stab you in the back should it improve her own standard of living. Character background: Cecia was born and raised by a group of bandits calling themselves "Eclipse", a gang with little goals other than raid settlements to ensure their own survival. Her father, Cyrik, was the leader of this fifty man platoon, normally operating from his base a few miles south of the New York Deep. From there, he taught Cecia everything that she needed to know about surviving in the wastes, which included shifting her mindset to be more self-centered. In order for one to survive, he said, they must be willing to make sure others don't. She didn't bother arguing with her dad about the concept of betrayal, it seemed perfectly logical.
Why risk your own life when someone else can do? She reasoned.
Within a few years she became older, more knowledgeable to the wastes and those roaming it, and of course, how to exploit all of it, much to her father's delight. Unfortunately for her dad, Cecia took her training close to home, strangling him to death with a piece of barb-wire in order for another clan-member to take control, thus allowing herself to leave the base and go off on her own.
She spent the rest of her life as mercenary, informant, and double-agent, most of time working for multiple opposing factions to shift the odds in her favor. Ironically, one of these factions happened to be Eclipse, the same group she had been born to, and ended up sabotaging their operation without even a thought.
She had learned well.

Character relationships: None, and she doesn't plan to make any permanent ones any time soon. Skills, talents & aptitudes: A chess-master at heart, Cecia is excellent at telling lies, acquiring information and tipping the odds to her favor. When talking isn't in the answer, she's also a decent shot with most handguns and planting/disarming explosives. She's also fairly agile, but in return, lacks strength.
EDIT: Equipment: Two large combat knives are tucked in her belt, along with a bulky revolving handgun, a few grenades, and some plastic explosive. Other than that, she carries some dried food and water in her back pack. Implants: Her right arm is robotic as a result of loosing her original one in a gun-fight. It is nimble and sleek, similar in appearance to that found on a manikin, and complete with a touch of silver paint. The nails on the hand can extend outward into blades if need be, but her knives are far more deadly.
I think you in particular might know this one, Sam. I've rewritten the sheet slightly to update him, 'cause I figured some sections were missing little details.

After the receptionist quickly typing his name into her computer, she then turned her attention back to him "Ah yes, Mr. Howard. Mr. Diaz has been looking toward this meeting. He is on the 98th floor. You can take the elevator right behind you."
"Thank you very much, Miss..." Burke quickly glanced to the name plate on the desk,"...Julie Ray. It has been a pleasure meeting you, and I hope I can get the chance see you on my way down." With a quick wink, Evan Burke reached down, picked up the briefcase and walked to the elevator, feeling Julie staring at his ass.
Once he walked into the elevator and pressed the 98, an electronic, sultry voice started to offer Henry jewelry to buy for his wife, Mrs. Martha Howard.

He responded before a voice could say anything,not as if anyone was going to say anything. "I am on my way to his office" Evan said with a slight English accent. "be sure to transfer the other half of the funds once I am drop of the drive and pen." With that, Evan turned off the phone and cocked the now assembled silenced pistol and placed it back in the briefcase. He straighten his suit and waited till his carriage stopped and open.
The elevator opened up to a massive office that looked across the city. At the other end of the room, there sits a small, but fit man. The tiny man is a member of the board for Giga Enterprises. Someone in the company believes that he is selling important trade secrets. That was the reason Evan was hired. When ever a W2 corporation has a problem, internally or externally, Evan Burke cleans up the problem for them.
Henry, on the other hand, was here to buy some company secrets.
"Mr. Howard, so good to finally to be able to meet each other! Sorry that you had to take the trip from Dallas to meet me here. I prefer to have meetings about sensitive matter in person. I hope that you can understand that" Mr. Albert Diaz got up and shook Evan?s hand with an excessively tight shake.
Evan chuckled and responded in his faux Texan accent "No bother, I prefer meeting face to face. More...intimate." As the two of them sat around Albert?s desk, Evan grabbed a pen from his jacket pocket and started to spin it between his fingers, but not before he pressed a button that turned on a device to record their meeting. After a moment, Evan placed the pen and said "Should we get started? Tell me what you can offer me, then I'll tell you what I can offer you."
"That sounds brilliant! Now, what I can offer you is the sequence that we use for our medication so that the group that you represent can use to make a new version that you can use to sell. I can also give you the plans for a revolutionary system to replace the MRI..." Mr. Albert Diaz droned on for 34 minutes and 25 seconds, according to Burke?s count, on what company secrets that Albert could sell to him, with Evan asking a few questions here and there.
Once he finished going through what he had to sell, Albert then said, "...and that is about all that I have to offer you." Albert lean forward and asked "So, is that every thing you need to know before making your decision?"
"Yes, Mr. Diaz. That is all I needed to know." Evan then reached for his briefcase and placed it on the desk. He opened it up and grabbed the pistol and aimed it at his head. "It is not a good idea to sell things that don?t belong to you, Mr. Diaz" Then he pulled the trigger. with a quiet swish, the window behind Albert got splashed with red and gray gore.
Evan then got up and walked around the desk and pushed Albert?s body off his chair, and sat down in the chair. He pulled out a flash drive and insert it in a port in the computer. It copy all files that contain the secrets that he already sold and who he sold it too. The drive also contained a virus which would erase all the files, to hinder any police investigations. Giga, like most W2 corporations, prefers to solve all problems in-house. It was cheaper than lawyers and took up less time.
Once all the files were copy and the virus uploaded, Evan picked up his briefcase and walked back into the elevator and press a button to go down to the lobby. During the decent, Evan removed a wig and took out colored contacts to revel a person with messy dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. The scar was his, but make-up made it less noticeable.
Once he got to the lobby, he passed Julie the receptionist, who paid him no attention, and walked out the front door. A few hours later, after Evan dropped off the flash drive in a non-descriptive waste bin and got confirmation of the cash transfer to his account, Evan went back to his apartment and watched the news. Thirty Minutes later, his house phone rang. After muting the TV, Evan turned to the phone and pressed a button to revel his agent, Robert.
"Evan, that was wonderful work! Giga was pleased on how you dealt with their pest problem. They told me that if they have anymore problems they need taken care of, You will be the first person they call."
"Good to hear. Just make sure that you keep the jobs coming. I'll hear from you later". and with that, Evan hung up on Robert and turned his attention back to the television to see if Albert Diaz made the news.

The story... Well, basically, people're gonna want to find out what they're doing in this zany world with all these zany people, and also events in the vein of various other RPs will occur with frequency along the way. For example, one of the things I've got planned is to have a game of "Serial Killer" occur within the universe; that is to say, there's a killer about, and whoever takes it upon themselves to find him will have a pop at doing so.

Bio: Shann was raised by her father, the only child after her mother passed away giving birth. As the only possible heir of the Gunner family, her father pushed her hard, training her in long range firing. She had a natural talent for it, and soon was besting her old man in the little contests they liked to have. She was out purchasing some food when the attack came. When she arrived back home, the secret was gone, and her father was dead, lying in a pool of blood. After hearing that their secret was not the only one stolen, she travels to meet the other warriors, to get the secrets back, and to get revenge on those that murdered the last family she had.
In the RP: Shann joined with a group of 6 guys much to her displeasure to try and save the world from an evil force. They beat up a couple of monsters. To avoid generally destroying a town that she hated, but the group had to visit to find some info, she shut down her own brain reducing herself into a vapid Hilton-esque shopper. Then Lambi killed the RP.
Naturally I will be using the pre shut down version.
(Hey, does anyone remember that "Marshmallow RP"? I think it'd be the best thing in the world if somebody decided to use a character from that...)

Bio before and after Day Zero: Born in the outskirts of greater London Glen life was split between the good times exploring the countryside and teaching himself about the way the world works, and the times he spent learning in the city. Being awful in most social situations he spent his academic years inside his own world. This meant that by only twenty he was a fully qualified surgeon but as reclusive as ever. This made him perfect for work in science facilities. He was in charge of medical supervision in government projects. He rarely knew there purpose but he witnessed the side effects. While specializing in Biochemistry Glen had hobbies in pretty much every scientific field. After the blast the facilities pretty much disappeared. He felt personally responsible for the war. So he put his training to the test he roamed London as a go looking for the sick. He was surprisingly successful. Someone who can save your life is very valuable. As a result he was almost always being protected by something. Even the ferials let him live after he helped one of them one there queens deliver. This might be due to the fact he could not threaten a nervous mouse but still it helped.
Appearance: an unremarkable man in terms of appearance Glen is slightly taller than normal height. He has brown hair and wears glasses, more for the look of the thing, as they have no glass in. The only interesting things are the numerous scars and bandages from attempts at self-surgery.
Weapons & Items: Glen likes to build his own equipment, not trained in the use of conventional weapons he sticks to the tools of his trade. In teams of weapons he uses a scalpel and syringe (normally filled with something nasty). He also carries his journal, which he has kept since childhood. It is filled with every discovery and experiment he has ever made or done it contains all his combined knowledge and is read by someone else would be very informative. Finally there are his chemistry set and tool kit which allow him to make what he needs. He is obsessed with the use of precision instruments and his hands are no exception. they might not be strong but he knows where every artery in the human body is and can aim straight for them with either his syringe or scalpel.
Personality: Two things govern Glen his need to help and heal and his need to know they are strong enough to overpower any instinct he might have. Occasionally his curiosity will lead him into danger but until now he has survived. Oh and there is his guilt he feels responsible able for the war at least partly.
(I also built something called the Nova half way through the rp was basically a welding torch modified to shoot the fir beam about 10 meters. So yeah it was basically a heat ray. Of Awesome)

Powers: Somewhat physics Zeitgeist is a screwer with heads. They have the power to explore and probe the minds of others not exactly reading them but examining them. They can also channel certain thoughts, feelings or ideas. The only caveat being that to successfully manipulate a thought or feeling they have to have experienced it or be near someone that has. For example they can't inflict an image on someone if they haven't seen it before. The manipulation of senses extends to the power to create illusions affecting the senses of anything with a mind near by. Using this sort of technique they are able control their appearance completely you can never be sure if you are looking at the real thing or just a costume.
Weaknesses: The lack of any real physical and the inability to affect anything without a mind for example you can't scare a robot. Also the inability to forget or shun memories, if she reads the mind of an assault victim she will have to experience it.
Weapons: They wield a small-concealed wooden bat but in terms of combat techniques they can't do anything more advanced that hit it and hit it again.
Appearance (both civilian and hero costume): A combination of her illusionist powers and acting talent pretty much allow Zeitgeist to change their appearance at will.
Personality: While they try to remain detached they can't help retaining personality traits from those they "inspect" this can lead to minor schizophrenia

It was her first staring role as well; the high point of the play was her death speech. But someone replaced the prop gun with a real one. She was shot in the head. In the following months she lay in the hospital in a coma, she was dead with a day but I, her imaginary friend, survived somehow.
I eventually got better but I had to leave I was not the girl who had been shot so I came to nova city. I do not really know how I got powers or even if the bullet was really involved.
Hmm... We've already got a few post-apocalyptic characters, yet at the same time we've already got an illusionist... I'll leave it to the dice to decide!

...Alright, you've lured me in Sam. Even though I'm a handful of RP's as it is, and I'm working on my own, I simply can't resit the opportunity to use some of my old favorites again.
I'll edit this upon deciding who I'm going to use.
Character name: Cecia. RP: Children of the Deep. Character age: 26 Character gender: Female Character personality: Cecia is somewhat of a tomboy, with tendencies to act crude or impolite to anyone who she isn't feeling comfortable with. She's never been an easy woman to work with, as she cares about her ambitions and desires more than the lives of those around her. Needless to say, she's quite the opportunist, more than likely to stab you in the back should it improve her own standard of living. Character background: Cecia was born and raised by a group of bandits calling themselves "Eclipse", a gang with little goals other than raid settlements to ensure their own survival. Her father, Cyrik, was the leader of this fifty man platoon, normally operating from his base a few miles south of the New York Deep. From there, he taught Cecia everything that she needed to know about surviving in the wastes, which included shifting her mindset to be more self-centered. In order for one to survive, he said, they must be willing to make sure others don't. She didn't bother arguing with her dad about the concept of betrayal, it seemed perfectly logical.
Why risk your own life when someone else can do? She reasoned.
Within a few years she became older, more knowledgeable to the wastes and those roaming it, and of course, how to exploit all of it, much to her father's delight. Unfortunately for her dad, Cecia took her training close to home, strangling him to death with a piece of barb-wire in order for another clan-member to take control, thus allowing herself to leave the base and go off on her own.
She spent the rest of her life as mercenary, informant, and double-agent, most of time working for multiple opposing factions to shift the odds in her favor. Ironically, one of these factions happened to be Eclipse, the same group she had been born to, and ended up sabotaging their operation without even a thought.
She had learned well.
Character appearance:
Character relationships: None, and she doesn't plan to make any permanent ones any time soon. Skills, talents & aptitudes: A chess-master at heart, Cecia is excellent at telling lies, acquiring information and tipping the odds to her favor. When talking isn't in the answer, she's also a decent shot with most handguns and planting/disarming explosives. She's also fairly agile, but in return, lacks strength.
EDIT: Equipment: Two large combat knives are tucked in her belt, along with a bulky revolving handgun, a few grenades, and some plastic explosive. Other than that, she carries some dried food and water in her back pack. Implants: Her right arm is robotic as a result of loosing her original one in a gun-fight. It is nimble and sleek, similar in appearance to that found on a manikin, and complete with a touch of silver paint. The nails on the hand can extend outward into blades if need be, but her knives are far more deadly.
I would use my character from that, but I'm already using Jed.... >.< Awww.
I know there were quite a few people in it though :/ maybe one will appear?

Yay! He means me! Jericho can make his illusions make noise too, so it's almost impossible to tell. Go look at the end of MoP. I out-did myself by creating a small hell of damned souls!
I'd imagined a reaction to that extent. It was a close call between him and Blaze, but I figured the Tesla Trooper wasn't worth taking a Jedi Master.

The Tournament. An arena where sixteen gamers dueled to decide the fate of the world. Each was backed by a major political power. The power backing the last gamer standing would win the endless political debates they faced. Daniel Russ was one of those "players". Using the alias "Farseer", he was a well-known gamer. Perhaps too well-known, as his gaming ability drew attention to the Masters of the Tournament. They kidnapped him from his home in the middle of the night, and spirited him away to a secret location: the Tournament battlefields.
Once used to the idea that he was trapped in the Tournament until his victory or defeat, Daniel quickly accepted the new situation, and proceeded to best his first opponent. The victory spurred Farseer on to greater battles, and although he lost the second Tournament match, he quickly and competently climbed the ladder, defeating all others he faced. Eventually he was forced to battle both of the Masters simultaneously, and despite a close-run combat, with Principality and Arcana gaining the upper hand at one point, Daniel emerged victorious.
Instead of congratulating him and presenting him with his prize, Arcana incapacitated Daniel and took the Associates he had won over the course of the Tournament. He remembered nothing after that, just a strange sensation on his shoulder...
