"Xandus, you say you would never kill us, yet an hour ago you yelled "I want someone to get killed," and nearly choked me to death," Daniel chipped in, his tone becoming more hostile by the moment. "I have no problems with Jericho other than killing Jaime - thankfully she was brought back to life somehow, which I'm still confused about, for the record - but I'm with him on this one. At the least, you should leave."
He tapped a couple of commands on his System, and the Engineer destroyed his dispenser, quickly collecting the metal that was dropped as a result. Daniel got up and moved to stand with Jaime and Shann. "I'll come with you two, if you want," he said.

"Okay, I don't mind. And don't get so mad about what Jericho did. That's exactly what I wanted him to do, to show me his worst so I knew we could count on him in a fight. But let's get out of here before it comes to blows." Jaime said, starting to think about what could have happen to bring her back to life.
"Tsk. Bye Pandus, have fun finding him on your own." Jericho spit on Xandus' shoes before walking back towards Jamie and the others.
"Hey, Jericho. Sorry for having you do that, and I'm sorry to all of you, I didn't mean to push you that much." Jaime gave Jericho a kiss on the cheek. "But what are we going to do now? For all we know we're the only people in the entire city, and we still need to arm ourselves better." She said as she checked her bag. Sure enough there was more ammo in it, but it wasn't enough to last her for more than one fight.
Jericho bushed a little when Jamie kissed his cheek. "Nah. It's alright, I should be the one apologizing to all of you. I was being an ass... And I say we should start by checking a record of all the criminals of this town, we may find something."
"You're probably right," Daniel answered Jaime. "I'm fairly confident I can fight without using a gun myself... plus I don't want to have to use one. I'm only seventeen. I could never take a life, I know that much. My Engineer can fight on my behalf." He looked sideways at the Associate in question, who nodded approval.
"We can use his dispenser to replenish ammo as necessary, but he'll need to find almost anything made of metal if you want to have a constant supply of ammunition and stuff wherever we go. It was a mission for me when I was in the Tournament's forest arena. I had to make about fifty raids on the ruined city to get more."

Jaime took a can of Vienna sausages out of her bag and tossed to Daniel. "I've been saving that, by the way." She added. Hm, only seventeen. Then again, I killed first when I was thirteen, so it's nothing now.
"God... I can't remember the last time I killed someone... 100, 150 years ago? Yeah... Immortality has it's perks but... Yeah..." Jericho said.
"Duly noted, and thanks," Daniel answered. He would need something to both open the can and heat its contents. Perhaps a fire would do when it got dark, and he could borrow a knife or something when the time came.
Daniel began to feel twinges of unease creeping through his mind. Maybe the message from the mysterious person who declared himself God was getting through to him. But then, it was just a change of scenery, really. He was trapped once again, in a world he didn't know, again, with complete strangers, again. This world was starting to sound like the one he had just left.

You realise Jericho is answering Jaime's thoughts, right?
... *Punches self in the head.* Well, just pretend he was indirectly making a response to Daniel's comment
"Okay, so, where to now? My apartment won't work, it's way to close to Xandus to be safe, and it's going to be dark soon, and I don't feel like being out in this city at night." Jaime said while starting to walk. This city is either like London before the blast, or it's like LA in Blade Runner. She thought as she checked around. All of the buildings looked abandoned. Maybe we are the only ones in the city. Jaime thought as she looked in a few of the windows. She could see several functioning cars in the distance, but no one to drive them. I think we're alone...
"Well, we want to go some place where we have a good vantage point of the immediate area, some place we can defend to set up a base in," Shann noted. She tried to look out over the buildings to see if she could find any suitable places but couldn't see because of the darkness.
"A base camp... sounds like a plan," Daniel answered Shann. "Maybe the top of a hill outside this city, or an open-air park or something." Playing "king of the hill" seemed the best idea; it had worked for Daniel before, when he'd had the advantage of higher ground on several occasions. Under the weight of concentrated sentry fire, his opponents hadn't managed to struggle the few metres uphill to reach the Engineer and his sentry gun.
"I have an idea, probably not a good one though. There was a forest park in the center of this town that's all forest area, I found a clearing in there." Jericho said.
"We could try there. We could also look for anyone else on our way there." Jaime said as she walked back to the group. The cities empty, there's a crazy Sith running around, I just died, but it's okay because I'm alive now, and we now need to kill a god. Isn't this day just grand? Jaime though to herself.
