Does it upset anyone else that Captain toad has stolen Toad's color scheme?
Where as Toad has taken on "blue dots" for no apparent reason?

The interesting thing is the tv show (which I didn't really watch much of) kind of dealt with a similar idea, the time line getting messed up, things changing.Keith K said:These three trailers all impressed the heck out of me too. Terminator in particular really caught me by surprise. The idea of an in-canon reboot is pretty interesting and it's a great property to work with such a concept.
Also I will never be able to unsee the flying Fudgecicle. So thanks.
I think that's more or less what they were counting on.ZZoMBiE13 said:The Star Wars trailer wasn't great for me, but the bit with the X-wings and the end piece with the Falcon made up for the ridiculous lightsaber and droid designs.
Same. Out of all these sequels/reboots/whatever Mad Max really is the one I am trully interested in seeing with the intention of watching a good movie, I wanted to like these trailers but Star Wars has some dumb stuff in it and the last shot seems taken out of Star Trek with the complete lack of saturation, Jurassic World looks cool for a 10 year old, and Terminator just looks dumb in all its entirety,Moeez said:But that Mad Max trailer from earlier this year? Blew me away. Seen it like a dozen times. The hero not getting to be a hero throughout the trailer. Badass women posse. Interesting scenarios with the stilts and car warfare. The weather playing a role. I don't think I've even seen a Mad Max movie in full, but that trailer is a thing of beauty both in visuals and audio editing:
I wouldn't bet on it. Jurassic Park, Terminator and Star Wars have already had multiple sequels, and for the most part they didn't do all that well. Terminator 2 was obviously great, but 3 and 4 had both sucky reviews and sucky box office returns (about twice their budget in both cases, which means they just about broke even). The Jurassic Park sequels weren't flops as such, but neither did anywhere near as well as the first film, with the second not making much more than half the first, and the third only making half again of that. The Star Wars prequels were certainly not flops either, but again they didn't do anywhere near as well as many people seem to think. Adjusted for inflation [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Wars#Box_office_performance], all three made significantly less money than any of the original trilogy, indeed, the original Star Wars is listed as the third highest grossing film of all time. Particularly telling is that the last two Star Wars films both made significantly less than The Phantom Menace did; people may have just blindly rushed out to see a new Star Wars film at one point, but clearly they've learned their lesson.Caramel Frappe said:I do believe people WILL see all three regardless of reviews.
