Easy mate! Only ONE of the demoman's weapons can hurt sentries (The Scottish Resistance), and only ONE of the soldier's weapons (The Direct Hit) can actually harm sentries. You'll actually have a easy week, as you'll have demomen running around with swords instead of bombs and soldiers with horns and pickaxes (Which they use when wounded only, I might add)instead of rocket launchers!

I suppose I must drown my sorrows in some epic games of DoW and Red Alert 3! Maybe next time guys.

Well, yes and no. The drop rates for those goodies will probably skyrocket and the moment you get them you'll start using them. Plus, you don't HAVE to be the class of the weapon you get from the random drop, in other words I could get the Huntsman Bow for the sniper while playing a Spy.

Honestly, the WAR update made me sick of playing solly or demo, and I'll probably grind as a spy or sniper, once I get my goodies I'll change accordingly.

Also, we may be able to create them ourselves thanks to the new crafting system, and therefore pros will probably have all 6 (Or 7, depending on who wins tonight) right out the starting gate.

Yeah, I'm not a complete noob, I suppose. I spend a good deal of time searching TF2 on Youtube, so I know a few good spots and strategies, along with what each class should somewhat do.

But, this is all complicated by the fact that this is my first EVUR real game on the PC. I'm pretty shaky and haven't got close to being competent yet. So, until I get decent with the controls a bit, I'll more than likely be sticking to a map I know.

I'm a pretty dangerous Demoman myself, I've once racked up 800 something kills in a insta-spawn map without dying. If you guys ever need a guy with a bomb addiction, let me know.

Weekend starts on friday/sat, i think, but you can preload for before then.

I know what you mean about the WAR update. I feel guilty for manipulating it with my Kritz.

I'm sure you made your class proud during the WAR update. I've had a maxmimum of 30 kills as a soldier in dustbowl. A real achievement for me since i play tactical medic.

It's what i mean. When you're with someone who's good at a class which is the same as you and is with you. It'll boost your confidence immensely. Confidence is something you'll need here and there. I need a hell of a lot of it since enemies try to panic my ubercharges. Stay calm, stay organised. Aim, fire. I'm guessing you're not a total ''noob''. But even if you were, i'll happily help you with anything anyway. I'll happily trail along with you for healing until you feel you're not as shakey. You'll get used to it.

I'd be happy to! I've gotten to be a scary mother Hubbard on pub servers and I have been wanting to join a clan for a while. This is a natural progression for me.

I did... 1203 Soldiers, 97 deaths (I kept track with a notepad). Lucky crit rockets every one of them.

I like to pretend I am the model Demoman, but I've seen some MONSTERS out there.
