I greatly enjoyed that fragmat, but this model has been discontinued, so I couldn't replace it when my old one died:

Not a mouse pad, but a touchpad. Laptop.
For my wireless mouse I use with my laptop, I use a grey one made specifically for optical mice, with a black wrist support.
But for my desktop, I use a pink one. Why? My dad bought 2 because they were the cheapest.

I have a laser one, so it reads fine without one. Although I do have an old terminator one.

My mousepad is made of wood and is quite large. It is also known as my desk.

A vintage Riven mousepad given to me by Rand Miller himself.

I'd steal that "I win" pic if I could, but I can't.

I use the footstool of my couch. My monitor is my T.V., so it's pretty convenient.

Right now, my leg. It's nice to browse the site while leaning back in a reclining chair, thank god for wireless technology.

I normally use one with a gel pad for my wrist, except for when I play games that requires quick and precise aiming like an FPS, then I just use my desk because the gel pad hinders my movement too much.

EDIT:

a custom Half-Life one I made in high school, it has a big black mesa emblem on it, a giant 3 fingered claw mark (like from a Vortigaunt) going down the middle, blood stains on all corners, a cockroach running down the middle of it, with "Property of the Black Mesa research facility" typed below the BM logo.

(the Idea is it was in Black Mesa when the resonance cascade happened)

I use a mouse pad given out by the local hospital that lists various diseases, and when you should report any suspected or confirmed case to the hospital. There are three catergories; immediately, 3 working days, and one month. The only two diseases in 1 month are Hepatitis B, chronic and Hepatitis C, acute and chronic.
