Yeah, this. I have been accused of hacking as well, because I shot a guy who didn't even notice that I was standing right next to him. Maybe it was because I was running Recon ¬.¬Clive Howlitzer said:

I havent but my Brother got called a Modder because in a game of Swords on Halo 3 he got 25 kills before anyone else reached 5, it was funny and he still remembers it
This NEARLY happened to me on a TF Classic server. I tried out various classes and repeatedly got my ass kicked. Then I changed to Heavy and started kicking their asses. I was told to change class or be kicked. I instead chose to disconnect.

I try to avoid playing on servers where that might happen. Usually if I'm doing really well on a server I just leave for a more challenging one. No fun to set ants on fire with a magnifying glass.
Banned? No. Kicked? yes, once. The new Medal of honer. Was accused of camping at first (Sniper. Easy target for that) Even though I would switch locations when the coast was clear (And yes. I would PTFO). I would shoot whoever happened to try and get to the spot where I had been 'camping'...and then I was accused of hacks...swell of hope for humanity when it was swiftly shot down. Then next game the same thing happened. Got kicked. Not sure if you -can- ban in MOH, though.
I remember a time when me and some friends were playing mw2. So pretty early we get the tower under our control (the map was rust) and begain to spawn kill the enemy team. (They were using noob tubes, we were using assault rifles and smgs) just cause of the noob tricks. Soon we start fighting about who is gonna get nuke first. We all had a nuke at the end of the match. We get kicked cause apparently we were 'unskilled players ruining the experience'.
