Now, it is not possible to have every pokemon in the PC. The storage system. The place pokemon go when not in your party. There is not enough room there for all of them.

I have always wondered what happens when you talk to the gamefreak staff guy. There is a guy in the majority of the pokemon games who tells you to talk to him again when your pokedex is complete.
