The first was before I had a laptop, so I was watching porn on the downstairs computer late at night (forgot my sister had gone out) heard her car pulling in, crossed off the site, tried to pull up my pants and too-small jeans despite the blatant, um... obstacle. Just got them up as she came in through the front door, and opened the door to the computer room to check why the light was on.
Second was when I had a laptop, and wouldn't you know it, my other sister who has a terminal inability to knock before entering anywhere burst in to give me a cookie. Fortunately, I had a book nearby, and am in the habit of reading in bed, as well as messing around on the computer, but if she had leaned forward a little more she'd have seen what was on my monitor (I was so caught by surprise I forgot to minimize it) god, sometimes I swear she's out to get me... [small]she probably is, the vindictive *****...[/small]
Just by my girlfriend, and I told her that I was going to be doing it, so I don't think it counts. As for the questions about why we weren't fooling around, and I was doing that, the answer is simple. She wasn't feeling well. Poor girl had a bit of a fever and a stomach bug. She'd seen it before so it wasn't like it was a big deal. XD
I've been almost caught so many times that I don't remember how many. But I've never actually been caught. Altough I'm sure my mother suspects something, but don't ask don't tell, and that's perfectly fine by me.
P.S.: I've also almost caught my brother multiple times. But then I don't say anything I just give him a big smile

My room was on the third floor of my parents house, and nothing else was up there but the music room (which only I used anyway). So there was usually no danger of me being interrupted. I had a few really close calls though, one time I was saved by throwing a blanket over myself as soon as I saw my mum opening the door.
I've always thought that having my mum catch me in the act would be mentally scarring, but it wouldn't be such a big deal if my dad did. It's a guy thing, he'd probably understand.

I've walked in on other people. Which is always annoying since they expect you to sit outside and wait while they finish romancing Rosie instead of just walking the fuck on in and doing whatever you were going to do in that room.

Than we got the internet, and I got a laptop. It's much less trouble when you're guarded by a locked door. Though I almost got caught recently
I was in the middle, right before I went to bed. Moments before I was finished, my step-dad knocks on my door, and tells me the basement is flooding and he needed help.
