We won't evolve anymore. We've reached a point were instead of adapting to our surroundings, our surroundings adapt to us.
This 1+. Unless our bodies require a need to change then no evolution will take place. I could claim we are evolving ever so slowly right now in our fight against all the new diseases that we've discovered and / or created.

If anything we will devolve into a far more obese creature such as the ones seen in Wall-E simply because the technology we create is making us take more and more things for granted.
As I?ve already said evolutionary stasis is imposable because even if natural selection has ceased to be a factor because of a static environment, mutation and genetic drift would still occur.
that would occur yes but not enough to cause speciation essentially we'd still be "human"
Or not. Besides, evolution isn't just the creation of new species. Besides that, nature doesn't care about human inventions such as species.
only bigger childwish could evolve. more kids = more kids with childwish genes = more grandkids with childwish etc etc

We'll probably have less hair. Our bodies will probably be more frail. We might develop weaker immune systems. Not sure if we'll start developing lighter skin or not. I can hope that our mind will become "stronger" but I can't be too sure. I mean sure there are lots of stupid people out there, but I bet that they're smarter than some of average people several hundreds years ago.

Why do I guess these changes? Because our lifestyle doesn't require us to be very strong or fast or enduring. We can drive down anywhere we need to go, we simply buy food in stores, and our ability to create small controllable environments (or at least put on clothes) means that we don't have to endure nature 24/7. So naturally weaker bodies have just as much of a chance to survive as hardier bodies. Hopefully our need to use our minds more will help to make the more mentally strong (and I don't mean knowledgeable, I mean those whose minds can "work" harder) be more successful and thus propagate more, but I don't know for sure.

I think it heavily depends in the environment we evolve and judging from the popular culture, the future seems a little bit grim :(

What do you think will be the next step in the human evolution, and when will it happen?
There are no steps in evolution!

Anyway, we're getting bigger, fatter, more creative and more reliant on technology. If the trend is taken to it's absolute extreme, we're going to end up looking like Combine Advisors...

1. We are all under constant evolution, we have evolved a lot since the human fossils, but it took a very, very long time. So the next step in human evolution is every single generation.
When a species evolves it becomes a new species, unable to breed with the one that came beofre us, unless I'm misunderstanding you you claim that every new generation is a form of evolution? Which is wrong because an older creepy gentleman can have kids with gold digging young sluts.
No, because makro- and micro-evolution has been observed. A slightly mutated lizard is still a lizard. Small mutations that happen between every generation does not define a new species.
Yes, that's what I was saying, a mutation that occurs when a new generation comes forth doesn't constitute an evolution. I understand what you were trying to say before though, that every new generation is the next step TO evolution, as evolution takes many, many generations to achieve. I misunderstood you at first.

true enough, but the way OP asked the question made me think of much more dramatic changes to humans and that would require speciation.
