Hey people, so here I sit, bored of the games I currently own, remembering the good times of 2008. Times of slitting the Alliance's throats with my twin daggers, fading in and out of stealth confusing the hell out of them, and overall being one sneaky bastard. I quit the game since like January, and now I'm beginning to wonder if quitting the game was such a good idea.

I even deleted my lvl 80 rogue to try and stop myself from going back, and it had worked so far.....

Without sounding like an obsessed freak, should........ you already know the question I'm going to ask........ any consolations to a bored and confused dude?

Ive been gone from wow for almost a year now and I still have dreams of charging in and cutting alliance in half with my 2hander

My rogue weeps at the loss of a brother. If WoW is what entertains you then it's what you should do. Sinking time into an MMO is no different to sinking time into a console or web browsing. As with all things you need moderation but if WoW is your game then don't pass that up, finding things that evoke your passions is always good and never wise to ignore, don't give up the joys you are given.

You can retirive Deleted characters. I deleted my 60 hunter back before Burning crusade. But when the lvl cap was raised I just retrived him and Lvled him up to 70. Haven't been on him since.

i raided a horde shaman named thiosk for a couple years.

I gained 15 pounds, lost touch with numerous friends, and fell behind in the workplace and my studies.

One wednesday i went to a bar instead of logging on to raid, and I never logged on again.

I'm so happy now. Seriously.

Play 1 player games to beat the bug. I did to tribalwars.net for about 6 months to chill the burn in my tauren loincloth

Not really. A quick "please undelete my char' to a GM, a few minutes wait and it'll be like the character was never gone. Only ever deleted a character once, rather pointless affair as like I just said, it doesn't make it gone, just...less there.

As for me and WoW, I'm still happily playing away, have an event planned with my guild this weekend. We're all going out to the Un'Goro to ze hot springs to hang out.

I used to play Warcraft. Got a rogue up to level seventy, and then quit. I dunno, I don't really have any urges to play it anymore. I don't really see how so many people become truly addicted to this game. It was fun, but not that fun.

I guess my advice would be uninstall it from your computer (if you haven't already done so), go outside, see some sunshine and hang out with some friends.

There are other games out there man! branch out!... play some Rock Band witha friend... give some two player games a try, like for support.
There are free games out there, don;t waste you money on a game you obviously don't want to play.
