Well my girlfriend told me straight to my face why the reasons why she liked me. My kind personality, (since I'm willing to always offer her support), my commitment, (I'm willing to bring her on a lot of dates and dinners), and the fact that she reminds me of her pet
before it died. (I don't know about this one, but I'm willing to take explanations).
But other than those few expectations, she's all for me. So, what expectations does your girlfriend/boyfriend have for you?

She expects me to smell nice, keep working out, and to stand my ground in the face of danger. Pretty simple, keeps us both very happy.

Expects me to hold on for at least... oh oh not those expectations?! errr... right! I will put my jackass hat and sit facing the corner for the next couple of hours then, I guess...

Basically: loyalty, emotional support, availability (which sometimes is a harsh because I have my mobile off when working, as is the most common reason for our arguements) and move in asap.

Stand your ground in the face of danger? You live in a high crime area?

No, I don't live in a high area of crime. She just doesn't want me to chicken out of a fight should I ever be involved in one.

Oh, well that makes sense. Unlike my GF's last expectation.

Grumble grumble...(dumped recently)...grumble grumble...(still in love)...grumble grumble...

Errm, I believe her expectations were pretty low. She didn't ask much of me other than semi-cleanliness, frequent sex, and loving affection. What more is there to give? :(

Be outgoing, smoke weed and tobacco and drink vast amounts of alcahol.

Needless to say she dropped me like a ton of bricks.

Work out, play games with her sometimes and surprise her.
:p I only ask for her to tell me what she wants.

My girlfriend doesn't expect much from me. Just to be honest with her.

I really don't like the whole "do what's expected of you" in a relationship. "Someone who loves you won't demand perfection from you; they'll find it in you."

I don't think my boyfriend has any special expectations of me other than the basic, usual human ones that I have of him:

Faithfulness
Personal Hygiene
Kindness
Support

Since none of these are especially hard to maintain, we seem to roll along quite happily =)

The normal qualities of a ferret are:
they steel things and hid them
they take random naps
they are smelly
they are squishy and can get through most holes like rats
can be very energetic
they poop in the same place
very picky about their food and water
require a lot of attention and like to play
mine made squeaky sounds when they ran
they like shiny objects and ones that make sounds
they can fall from relatively high places and not take damage
cute
bouncy

thats all of the ones that I can think of the described my ferrets and from what I read about them in Ferrets for dummies.

Well, I think 2, 5, 8, and maybe 12 apply for me in my girlfriend's opinion.

Trust, honesty, loyalty, hygiene and affection.

Those are standard.

A weird one though is she wants me to keep my hair long, which is fine by me, I can tell she gets upset a little when I say I might need to get it cut, I never need to get it cut so she is happy.

:)

Oh and good job on the ferret comparison brohawk.

My boyfriend requirements:
1)Not be an total asshole. (i.e. treat people with respect until they give you a reason to be a dick)
2)Hygiene.
3)Takes basic care of body.
4)Not be a control freak, seriously neurotic, or insecure.

A dark sense of humor is a plus, but all in all, I'd say I'm not picky. So, where are they all?
Whatever, I've got technology.
