Also, does anyone have the exact quote from the beginning
(and end) after you get shot by Lucien both times.
of the game? "Death is not your destiny..." something. I can't remember the rest.
Death is not in your future?, said by Theresa

BTW is it just me or did Theresa speak in a really evil voice when she said 'The spire belongs to me'?
The first time i saw her i got the same bad feeling as when i met that old blind jedi who becomes you master in KOTOR 2 :the sith lord
jesus i had the same feeling 2... and the voice it sounds so similar....

im in agreement, although not an RPG fan, this game is awesome, and i've got the bloodshot eyes to tell the tales.

so far it seems time control + skill is ridiculously cheap, i haven't died once.

that aside has anybody cracked many of the demon doors? i've only managed one, and there some (like the one under castle fairfax) that i have no clue about, mebe you have to own it.

and what about those legendary weapons? necro seems to have found one, any spoilers on these?

edit: ... and 2 seconds later i crack a door a find a calavera
3 actually. A blunderbuss, a pistol, and a hammer.
i've only got 2 the sword from the cult of shadows and the axe from the crucible....

i perfected all 8 rounds...

And just me or did anybody else think this game was too god damn short?
Yeah it was rather short with the main quest but there seems to plenty of other things to do.

For the ending I chose the sacrifice although it still weighs heavily on my heart.
It did much better with the moral choices than any other game I've seen.

Very true as a great deal of your actions actually impact the world over time, which I was very impressed by. My character looks cool as hell because of my moral choice of somehow being good yet corrupt.

With the online co-op that I was greatly anticipating why did they feel the need to put the terrible camera on? What is the matter with leaving the camera the way it is in single player? Also the whole not being able to take the appearance and gear of your character into the other persons world sucks a big fat sausage. I was really disappointed with the way they did it.

wehn the going gets tough, the tough turn sith...i mean evil.......I keep on seeing parallels between Fable 2 and KOTOR 2. Maybe because both my guys turned from totally evil to good in the end.....

I completed it, wished for "the few" figured it was the most sensible as
Sacrifice - sure, wish back 1000s of people, but I've never met them and there's no sure way of knowing if they'd have all their memories and everything from before their time in the spire - plus their families may have moved on. Wealth - fine, so a million gold, that's nice, could buy the castle, or I could work for it. Love - I get to finally bring back my sister, who I'v spent 20-odd years of my life trying to avenge, and my dog, who's got to be magical to live that long, has stuck with me through thick and thin, who was pretty much my only friend, and who gave his life to save mine...reall tough choice there...

Then I thought I'd start a family, so I met a nice girl in Bowerstone, proposed, moved in, jumped in the sack, where she gave me an STD and the son I wanted. So I went out travelling for a while, come back to see my son has grown up a little bit...and he's black...which means my wife must have had an affair...now I have to brutally murder her...

But with Love you know that you could have brought back thousands of inoccent people many of whom you killed. Ijust couldn't have that on my conscience.

to me?
Its easy, just buy a ton of expression books for your dog from Bowerstone bok store, go to the door, then perfrom the expressions requirmed to make your dog do the actions, for example, a thumbs up makes him do a backflip if you have the right book.

inside Memory lane chest you get a ppition of life - increases your hrealth by 50 points

Its a great game...if Brightwood wouldn't crash so I could continue with the game...its incredibly buggy.
I wanted the
Weird house wih statues in it explained, I've already opened the door but it freaked me out

Am I the only person who accidentally made their character look like a demonic Jack Black? I don't know how it happened.
Mine looks like a fat pirate at the moment :D Wish I could come across a good cutlass+pistol combo to complete the look. Stuck with a rifle and longsword at the moment.
I think the crucible has flintrock pistols&Cutlasses.

Also the last town is a piratey town so..Maybe check there?

Also going to check, Waiting for my money to build up so I can keep buying towns. :D

The problem with having Jack of Blades back is that last time around you had the choice to throw the mask into the fire and destroy it, or keep it and regain evilly. So really the is no fixed conclusion with him.
You also had the choice to sacrifice your sister, but she seems to be just fine. Maybe the person who activated the Spire the first time was your old hero, and he wished to bring back his family, but in the process brought back Jack of Blades? (Not to mention destroying the world) I don't know. It's plausible.
The last time it was activated was thousands of years ago so it wasn't you, to find your old character buy bloodstone manor and find Reavers diary

Yea there are loads of good pistols for sale at the last town, I remember contemplating purchasing one.

My character looks like a giant axe wielding, dreadlock sporting, good monk, but dressed in all black. Pretty cool I thought.

My character's morbibly obese, and nothing seems to help.
Vegetables don't help a thing, and the SECOND you eat meat or pie or whatever you get even fatter.
My character drank 3 beers, then he was a lard ass.
When you are looking at veggies click the right thumbstick right. Look for veggies with thin in the top most stuff.

Lol. Just lol. I am currently fuck a corspe and well... Lady Grey just won't stop asking for it.

Flintrock pistols and rifle are ownage. Screw turret and clockwork if you have dexterous styles 4. With a flintrock you are almost gurranted a headshot unlike a turret/clockwork. Also the boomstick is good..But it takes a hell of a time to reload. For every 5 shots with the blunderbuss I can get in 8 flintrock shots which overall do more damage.(Blunderbuss is 120X5=600damage while a flintrock is 105*8 which is 840.)

Don't need no cutlass and pistol anymore. Decided to finish off my "Good" playthrough as the jolly fat male pirate and do an evil run as a thin, evil female assassin. Decided not to put any points into Physique so that she doesn't get all big and fat. Means that, for the most part, my melee attacks are fairly pathetic.

That said though, in regards to the final 'choice' of the game...
I can't help but choose my dog. That little guy is just so useful and awesome. Fuck the masses, fuck the money. I want my bloody dog back!

I really disliked Hammer as the game dragged on. Her whole hating violence thing just didn't mesh with the Hero of Strength in my head. At least Garth and Reaver stuck to their principles. Hammer's like a freaking Yo-yo. First it's "LETS KILL SOME GUIZ!" then "Hmm, I'm upset. Don't wanna fight no more." then "Hey, let's go kill Lucien!" and then at the end she's back to being sick of fighting again.

Screw Hammer. Screw Reaver too actually for the whole betraying me thing. Love Garth though. Will Users 4 Life! Representin'!

*cough*

A little list of useful spells.

Time control - Put in slot one, Everybody should have this in slot one. Bashers should use this to teleport through enemies after using it to slow down time for themselves. Rangers should use this to line up an aimed shot. Mages should use this before any spell so that you have time to get to level 5 spells.

Raise Dead - Niffty little spell that provides meat for the enemies to smack instead of you. Recomnded for rangers and magers.

Force Push/Inferno - These are interchange able but as a rule of thumb, Force Push for rangers and inferno for mages.

Lightning - Mages especially will have good use of this.

Blades - Decent pick up for warriors to damage the stuff that you can't hit on the ground such as great shards, Trolls.

Archetypes for spells lists

Ranger/Mage hybrid spell list
Time control 1
Raise Dead 2
Force Push 3

Typical large battle. Time control, Raise Dead. Time control, Force push 3 in surrond form. Time control snipe. Rinse and repeat the third step when enemies run up on you.

Pure Mage.
Time Control 1
Time Control 2
Inferno 3
Raise Dead 4
Lightning 5

TC1, TC2, RD4. TC1, TC2, I3. TC1, TC2, L5 in surround.

Basher/Mage hybrid.
Time Control 1
Force Push 2/Blades 2
Force Push 3/Blades 3.

Do not pick two of the same. Force Push 3 if your using heavier weapons, Blades 3 if your keeping light weapons.

TC then FP2/3 if surronded, TC1 behind someone and start smashing and yeah..Blades is for bosses like trolls and the shard.

Found out something interesting:
Lady Grey
Is INSANELY fickle. Seriously, she kept hating everything and wouldn't hop into bed with me, kept threatening to divorce me. So, I switched shirts and the attractiveness, love, and happiness meters maxed out.
Also, kids in this game are weird. My wife is happy with everything while my kids can't stand our house. I had the Bloodstone mansion but I moved to the demon door house in Oakvale and it's just as nice, but the kids man..... Them kids are never happy.
My ladt grey is happy with a four-star house with all luxurious stuff. No kids though since I am a women. Atleast your kid didn't freeze in a corner like my freinds and refuse to move.

So, does anyone know how to complete the "retribution" quest? It says for me to go back to Bowerstone Market, but when I get there, the trail vanishes and nothing happens. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my wife mysteriously vanished about four quests ago? It was after
I got out of the Spire.
I went to go check on my wife and kid, and my wife was gone and all my kid did was stand at the foot of the bed where his crib used to be. Then a quest or two later, my kid was unstuck, but still no wife. So after I beat the game, I married someone else in Bowerstone market, moved in right next to my other house, and had a kid, in hopes that maybe the two wives would find each other and divorce me, but no such luck. I have two kids following me around, and only one mom. And apparently I can't complete the quest.
