I specced Chicago first, but Tokyo totally pwned me so now I'm re-rolling.

IMO, Beijing is WAY to overpowered. Way to much priority in most of his attacks. New York is pretty fun to play as though A bit challenging, not like California who is for those shoto noobs who liked to hadoken spam in Street Fighter (which this game totally pwns btw).
