Political correctness. In trying to make everything equal, they just tip the scales in the other direction.
About as well as my idea to be a travelling archaeologist, discovering ancient ruins and foiling ancient traps with my excellent whipping skills.iain62a said:How did the Ninja part go?wilsonscrazybed said:In 1985 I tried to learn Japanese as part of my training to become a ninja... Well? We're all waiting to hear Underwear, frying pan and toilet. In the same sentence preferably.wilsonscrazybed said:About as well as my idea to be a travelling archaeologist, discovering ancient ruins and foiling ancient traps with my excellent whipping skills.iain62a said:How did the Ninja part go?wilsonscrazybed said:In 1985 I tried to learn Japanese as part of my training to become a ninja... I would love to see a film where the hero remains silent throughout and then finally answers three key questions with one word answers...in fact this is gonna be my failed venture.Armitage Shanks said:Well? That annoys me too sometimes... But a game that allows you to create any kind of mech you want pretty much covers all those bases. I love it when people go "Have you got this?" "Yup, use this." "This?" "Yeah." "This?" "Yup" et cetera... XDKhell_Sennet said:Silly rabbit, there's no girls on the internets, and Trix are for kids.
Though the thing holding up my game design the most, I'm too easily influenced by what I've most recently been watching/playing/doing. After watching Babylon 5 all the way through, I get dead-set on wanting the game to be very sci-fi, but then I go read the Temeraire series and I instead want the thing steampunk and naval sailing ships, but what's that? Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles? Oh shit, my game HAS to include Cybernetics...
