Fallout 3 DLC Coming to Retail

....I have no response beyond an expression of bewilderment.

And if people can't get online, then why would they have a hard drive big enough to store the DLC for the 360 version, or have a PC without an internet connection for the PC version? This is one of the more peculiarly useless things I've seen in a while.

Edit: Okay, apparently its a boon for people who don't want to have to put up with Microsofts pricing bullshit. There's that, I guess.

Okay, maybe it'd be good for me. My computer is shit already, plus it's dying anyway. I have the 20 Gb hard drive, and my modem is 25 fuggin' metres away. So yeah, maybe this just MIGHT be for people like me.

Then how the hell are you gonna run Fallout 3?
