Hello fellow gamers, Im in a situation here, and would you kindly help me out (see what I did there)?

I picked up 1600 Microsoft points and planned on getting a fallout 3 dlc, and puzzle quest (the original). I already have point lookout and broken steel and wanted to get one more for the bonus achivements and to reach 30 finally (half a bar away till 29). I read some reviews and heard from a couple people that when the pitt came out, it was rediculiously buggy and basicly unplayable at points. Can someone tell me if by now they have fixed it and its a good download and good to pick up, or should I just get mothership Zeta or Operation: Anchorage?

Pitt has a great little story to it though as opposed to Anchorage which has none.

Anchorage is really boring in terms of the missions, but the loot is amazing. I regret the purchase myself, but if loot is what is important for you then it is worth the cost.

You can't fool me!!!!!

I would get Mothership Zeta. I enjoyed that one much more than the Pitt. And the new weapons set you get for Fallout is much more interesting.

Loot>Story.

Which one will last a long time after you've finished the game?

I also had more fun in Anchorage...

I enjoyed the Pitt more for the story and stuff. And the loot is only really notable in the Stealth Suit I find. The rest is pretty much useless to me.

And the moral choice in the Pitt can have a lasting impact in terms of the experience you play through.

So I really like combat and story so Im thinking ill just pick up both Operation Anchorage and The Pitt, then ill just pick up puzzle quest some other time. This all works out then so I can pick up TMNT: Turtles in time for just 400 pts Ive had laying around, sweet.

Operation Anchorage I found to be frustratingly hard. The Pitt's story is a little boring to play through but the ammo press you get access to at the end makes it all worth it. It lets you take scrap metal and any type of ballistic ammo i.e 5.56 rounds, and turn them into any other type of ballistic ammo. So if you have a shit-ton of 10mm laying around you don't use you can turn it into .44 magnum or something. That made it worth it to me.

I personally dislike it. Low rate of fire, I can never get it to hit enemies out of Vats, and it's too clunky for me. Call me simple, but I much rather prefer a good small gun like my Xuanlong (Special Chinese Assualt rifle) or even my Fisto (Powerfist) to the Gauss Rifle.

And spawning ammo for it? Is that REALLY needed?

Well yes.

Also it's extremely accurate, does a crap ton of damage, I never miss with the damn thing (I've used Vats once, and hated it.)

Would you like to know what's REALLY not needed? Me turning on infinite ammo, and dropping 500+ or so mines, then spawning behemoths and watching them fly, whilst missing legs.

I liked the Pitt mainly because I got the Raider Iconoclast Armor (Which is basically a mining suit and helmet, which looks friggin' awesome) and I just found it genuinely creepy, there's all sorts of cool armor and weapons you can get from there. I experienced no bugs while playing the Pitt though.

I was disappointed by Mothership Zeta and Operation: Anchorage (The latter pretty much plays like a watered-down Call of Duty). Point Lookout is by far the best DLC for Fallout 3 out there, I'd buy that if I were you. I never got to play Broken Steel because my version has a fatal glitch that prevents me from continuing past a certain point. >:0

I rank the DLC as such:

-Point Lookout
-The Pitt
-Mothership Zeta
-Operation: Anchorage

I find myself to be a Fallout 3 expert. The Pitt was majorly flawed, but is very smooth now. Operation Anchorage is a very good buy for the special armor you get, although not really that difficult. Mothership Zeta is a blast but very frustrating because of the aliens having excellent weapons. Personally Zeta should be purchased last. The Pitt I would recommend first because it is the easiest and you gain access to an ammo press, followed by Operation Anchorage, then Mothership Zeta.

He said he already has Point Lookout.
I would call it the best DLC pack ever, but I had to pay to fight in a Zombie Arena.
I SHOULD BE GETTING PAYED!

I liked the Anchorage pack because if you do it early you get some easy XP and some cool gear. I think the Chinese Stealth Armor is the best. The Pitt was cool and once again I say it had great weapons and salvage, I just wish more of the city (or what's left of it) was open to explore like Point Lookout.

I dunno, can it possibly beat a full-quality MIRV and 8000 nukes?

No. Not even Batman tag-teamed with Chuck Norris can beat that.
