It's at zero, but I'm still only getting "Please Stand By" without the clock now. Bethesda, why have you forsaken us?

EDIT: 10:05, a flash of static, then back to the 'Please Stand By." Torches and pitchforks ordered from Amazon.

EDIT 2: The website is broken, but official trailer on Youtube!! Fallout 4, suck it MMO naysayers!

Now here we go.
I know what myreaction [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_J6-3l3hCm0] is to this.

There were many things in the trailer, but two things got me.
An airship, and a possible voiced protagonist.

Edit #1: Also, that hoisted up power armour near the end, is it me, or does it look larger than the normal suits?

Colour?! In my Fallout 4 trailer?! Impossible!

Man I can't fuckin' wait, and by the looks of the graphics it looks, well, outdated enough for my PC to still be able to handle it. I don't need no Witcher 3 quality, as long as the art direction is solid, and by the looks of the trailer it's pretty damn solid indeed.

And is it just me, or are we actually going to see a new city? Like, newly built-new, with some old buildings still there but actually fixed up a bit. Seems to be that way, looking at the 2:04 mark.

Loved the little peek at pre-bombs civilization, by the way.

Next up: speculating the launch date. Man, imagine if at the E3 we hear they'll release it in like a month. I'd faint right there and then. Nah, probably going to be first quarter of 2016 with delays down the line.

- New Dog Companion!

- Voiced Protagonist/Antagonist!

- Possibly Pre-Nukes Gameplay?

- Airships!(Maybe Fast Travel?)

I hope we get a release date at E3.

Hell yes. Hell fucking yes!

I cannot wait for this game now, I have been drooling at the thought of another Fallout game by one of my favorite game makers. Today was an awesome day!

Really cool. Fallout 3 was a buggy mess but I still absolutely loved that game. Can't wait for this. I also wonder how far into development this is. I'm hoping for a holiday release, but I guess that's not really likely. :p

Well well well. A dog companion makes a lot of sense for that setting. Though the temptation to create a Will Smith lookalike protagonist and hope to god there is a dodge charger hanging about, may be too much.

Oh my word.

That looks wonderful.

I think it might be Boston.
Possibly Massachusetts.
Basing this all on the rumour of minutemen and that statue that looked conspicuously like one.

Pretty sure it's Boston, as all the rumours suggested. Guess that means The Commonwealth mentioned in 3 will play a part.

Looks like they are disregarding the original game's lore a lot again, and the graphics don't look fully ' next gen', perhaps the game will be very scalable to increase PC sales, or maybe even last gen releases.

Shame they are still ignoring the original lore, but looking forward to some gameplay. I'm optimistic they haven't gone too far action, dropping the RPG elements along the way.

At about 1:57 in there was a statue that might exist somewhere in America so I'm trying to track it down. Though I think there might be more than one Man on Horse Statue in America.

The building with the gold dome is the Massachusetts State House and the statue is the Paul Revere statue in Boston. The tall obelisk also appears to be the Bunker Hill monument.

Oh wow, can't wait to see mods that make the game actually good.

I kid! I kid! Kind of.

As much as I am a fan of the old fallout games, I have to admit that Bethesda brought the series more success than it would have had otherwise. Their plots are pretty dumb though.

I really should know better than to be hyped for this ... but I am.

I just hope Bethesda isn't continuing their trend of progressively discarding more and more RPG elements with each successive game.

Now, I never got around to finish the first game and never played the second. What part of the lore are you thinking of? I kind of like it being loosely connected to 3, gives hope of the being something akin to a New Vegas 2.

On Topic: Give me the rough gameplay of New Vegas with some additions and a large map to explore while playing music on my pipboy and I will be a happy panda indeed.

The trailer wasn't impressive, the music wasn't great as the music in fallout3/NV/Skyrim trailers, and the graphics looked like crap, but I'm still psyched. Lets hope they don't consolize it anymore than they did Skyrim. I don't think I could let that one go.

Those definitely look like "console friendly" graphics... it better come with a HUGE world and fewer bugs than is traditional to make up for it.

My reaction: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH - but seriously you can still be a girl, right?

Waiting for further information but FUCK YEAH FALLOUT 4. I cannot WAIT.
Just the other day me and my boyfriend were kinda bummed that there are no new games for us to be hyped about and then BOOM FALLOUT 4!
Ah, it is a happy day.
